Completely pissed about this restaurant made on order on skip that cost 71 dollars
59 for the cost of the junk food
We ordered the mozzarella bricks which have no mention they’re rolling in franks red hot sauce and taste like stomach acid. Then the portion of popcorn chicken was extreamly small 20 dollars for half a chicken Breast worth of chicken and “gourmet burger” and let’s be honest a gourmet burger does not mean I want peice of arugula and a raw burger. Absolutely terrible and appalled

Small portions, a little pricey. The food is prepared well but doesn't impress. Slightly above average diner classics with a twist. Two different cashiers has forgotten part of my order on each visit so make sure to double check all items, don't assume. Reliable late night option.

The first impression could be improved — there’s a noticeable gym-like smell when you walk in the front door, though it’s fine once you’re inside. The service was excellent, and the food overall was decent, though portion sizes felt small. Menu prices have increased again, which makes the value less appealing. The balsamic chicken was overly vinegary and inedible, but to their credit, the staff replaced it with crispy chicken that tasted amazing. The 5oz steak was quite small, and the additional $4 charge for mushroom sauce felt excessive and unjustified. Even the soft drink prices seemed high.

Not a good experience given the fact that me and my wife were starving and ordered a burger sandwich for 16 dollars!!! each, just for a sandwich Not a combo, and none of us could taste the burger meat in any bite, The seasoning and spices were strong enough to mask the taste of meat. Will not go back again

Went for a quick late night dinner somce these guys are open untill 3am (which is amazing) I was very impressed wotb tbe food, the chicken tenders arent yoir typical chicken tenders, they're the size of my hand! They are crispy and flavourfull! The mac an cheese side i got was soo much bigger then i was expecting for a side serving, and sooo soo creammy. The girl working the counter was wonderful, very friendly, and handled all the skip orders being picked up like a pro! Will be backk for suree! I highly recommend this place

Guys you gotta clean your tables.ok fine it takes 1 minute to wipe down 3 tables. There was one other customer in the restaurant and the owners having dinner it appeared. When you guys wiped the table the worker didn't even clean it that well.

Terrible food. The smash burger had no flavour and the gourmet burger was not cooked properly (very pink inside so I had to microwave it to cook it through). Chicken tender was terrible and looked like a piece had been torn off of it. Would not return.

Got their crispy chicken burger. Very bland, forget about other flavours, there was not even salt on there.

Hi Chef team,
I’ve been an avid supporter of this restaurant since it’s opened in London and when I’ve taken a bite of the chicken tenders from when you catered one of our events. I originally had an expectation that the tenders would be similar to competitors, however it had impressed me to the point where I keep coming back, and don’t order fried chicken anywhere else. When fresh, it’s always crispy, never dry, and that has always been the case. During this time, I’ve also had the opportunity to try a variety of burgers, sandwiches, pastas and milkshakes, however I always end up ordering the tenders if I want to treat myself to some comfort food. I’ve even made it up to sous chef rank on the app — majority of points coming from the tenders alone.

I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for one thing. The chicken used has drastically reduced in size, and frankly I’m incredibly disappointed that y’all have decided to stoop as low as to ‘shrinkflate’ the portions. I remember a time when I used to be able to order 4 tenders which were the length, and thickness of my hand (and also have left overs), however now it’s a joke of what it once was.

I’m not sure if it’s an issue with your supplier, but this is a trend that I have been noticing over the past 2 years. I would give a lower rating based on this fact alone, but I’ve never had a bad experience with the taste of the food or service which makes up for it.

Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering as often as I once was.

Edit: if you look at past reviews and photos of the tenders, what I’d been given pretty much confirms it.

Food and gravy was mildly warm, barely any cheese, and the wait was quite long. The gravy is just regular gravy with Franks red hot sauce ... wayy too overpriced.
