I went last Sunday for the Civic Holiday long weekend. The ice cream and milkshakes? Absolutely amazing. The staffing situation? Absolutely… not. There was one poor girl working the entire store, juggling our group of 5, four other guests, and what sounded like a never-ending Uber Eats bingo game (“ding… ding… ding…”). She looked so stressed, I half-expected her to dive into the freezer and never come out.
Now, I know this place isn’t exactly dollar-store pricing, so I’m fairly certain the owner could afford one more employee — especially on a holiday weekend when everyone and their grandma wants ice cream. Give the girl a raise because she definitely handled it better then I would have as i would have locked the doors.
Then there’s the milkshake price mystery. The sign says $9.99. Once, I was told it was $13.99. Every other time, I paid $9.99. So either your menu needs updating, or this is the most confusing game of “Guess That Price” I’ve ever played.
Amazing ice cream, but I won’t be back. Life’s too short for surprise price tags and watching one employee slowly lose their sanity.

Absolutely loved my experience at Cherry’s Desserts! I tried the mini pancakes with chocolate and Lotus Biscoff, the Dubai chocolate crepe, and the strawberry Daunak cup — and wow, everything was so delicious. Each dessert was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The customer service was just as amazing — super friendly and welcoming staff who made the whole visit even better. Definitely coming back for more sweet cravings!

My roommate ordered the Oreo pancake with cookies and cream ice cream which we have multiple times before. The ice cream usually came in a small container but this time it was just floating over the pancakes in the box. Gross. Who thought this was a good idea? We had to throw the whole thing, it was just mushy and the ice was warm making the whole thing taste weird.

We were visiting my sister in London, Ontario, Canada, traveling from Washington. During our visit, my family and I stopped at a famous dessert shop in London called Cherry’s Dessert. We tried the Trendy Truffle Crepe, the Kunafa Pistachio Crepe, and they were absolutely incredible—beyond amazing! My family also had the Lotus Milkshake and ice cream, and it was the best dessert experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Cherrys is a charming spot for milkshakes, offering a variety of treats including mini pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, smoothies, and ice cream. The ambiance is cozy, featuring a small seating area and a foosball table for entertainment. We tried milkshakes, pancakes, creps & waffles. Our favourite was Lotus mini pancakes and kitkat waffles. Definitely a must try for sweet lovers.
