I ordered Pistachio waffles. They drizzled a very generous amount of sauce but the waffle was undercooked (too soft and soggy) missing the light crunch. I also ordered their cheesecakes (Lotus and Oreo) and those didn’t taste like authentic cheesecakes. The mango matcha was not good at all.

The young girl working the counter was great and the ice cream was fresh. But an underhoused man came in and stole her tip money out of the jar while we were waiting for our dessert. I know it's not her fault but it did damper the experience a little.

Cherry Dessert is a lovely dessert spot in London, Ontario. The quality of the desserts was great, and the service stood out even more. Newman was extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Great place to enjoy something sweet!

The best milkshakes in London, I especially recommend the lotus shake!!
We tried their waffle and I loved the brownie one. I loved the option of having one waffle with two different flavors. I happened to ask them about kruffle out of curiosity and Meemo; the guy working there made one for me complimentary! That was an anazing gesture from him. Thank you.

I don’t even wanna give one star but that’s how you can rate this place first they said no we don’t take order pick up anymore over phone and when you go there service is worst if you tired of working don’t work go home shut the store they charge me first for different shake and be like it’s the same price and when they changed that’s when guy realized it’s not the same price and their shakes are so pricey they put literally close to nothing and charge so much never ever coming here and wouldn’t even recommend this place !!!!
