ChiChop!! Taiwanese Grilled & Fried

I learnt about the New Orleans burger from a popular Taiwanese chain I tried in Toronto. I couldn’t find it in the menu of any other restaurant in London so thought of giving it a try as I was passing by the store. Here’s what I felt:
1. The chicken patty was stale. It literally tasted and smelled like it has expired. I suffered from a bad stomach afterwards. No I didn’t have anything else that could have upset my stomach.

2. The patty was much smaller than the buns

3. The burger wasn’t tasty. It was not anywhere close to the Orleans burger I had before.

4. The restaurant has a cute interior but I wish their food was better.

5. The servers served promptly too, but I can’t say I had a good experience because of points 1-3 (1 most importantly).

Is the formula changed now? At first, this burger was delicious, right? What the hell is that now? ? Speechless?

i like sitting there and service is ok.
but the food not good. deep fried tofu changed.
i got the chicken sandwich, looks no meet in the middle.
and the Samurai crispy chicken getting smaller and smaller.i remember when they open the store the whole chicken size is almost same as the paper bag, right now,just about the half.

Bento box are okay. Comes with a very hot miso soup which is perfect. No drinks included with the bento. Don't buy the chicken burger though as it tasted so horrible and felt it wasn't not cooked enough.

Delicious and crispy, a bit salty but I really liked it!! I think we had chicken and fried little octopus or squid.

Love the bentos here (popcorn chicken and crispy squid) but on our latest visit we waited 50+ minutes for our food (it was not that busy).

Bento box is great, the sandwich is a little sad. Good service

My go to restaurant when I make a trip to Costco in London

Please take out “Taiwan” from your restaurant name, it’s super inappropriate. Operating by Chinese and they have no clue about what’s Taiwanese food. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. I honestly want to give zero star.

Slow service, unprepared, there is no line up, and I still have to wait 25min at the counter for the server take my order.

Very average bento box. Friendly service, decent variety in the box, but the food didn't taste all too great. Worth trying, however not necessarily tempting to return to. Prices were also a bit high for my liking.

Ordered a Bento Box for lunch, was fresh and tasty. Miso soup had nice flavour not watered down. Staff observing personal protection protocols including a sneeze shield at front counter. I'll be back!
