Delicious food and great service! My first time here and I will definitely be returning. My favourite part was hospitality from chastity as she kept checking up on the tables and even referred me to a mechanic when she heard my husband and I were having a car troubles! Very impressed
Popped in while in the area. Was bright clean and spacious area. Quick service but very lack lustre , no smiles or any attempt at pleasantness. Ordered 3 regular strips with a sauce , just to try . Got home (21 ks away) only to find I received SPICY tenders . Due to medical reasons I’m not able to enjoy spicy at the moment. They looked crispy and were not reconstituted meat, but were small at $9 for 3 . My son ate them and said they were the best compared to what’s offered in London .
I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich from West Edmonton Mall on Nov. 6. This was the second time I bought food from this location in the food court. The food and service were good. What my complaint is the sandwich was placed in a thick cardboard box and then in a paper bag. I was charged $0.25 for the paper bag. I realized for every order, big or small, the food would be placed in paper bag with extra charge. What customers did were to take the bag, walked a few steps to a table, finished the meal and threw away the bags and boxes. It is not the extra 25 cents that bothers me. It is the non-eco friendly policy that make me think twice about buying again.

First time in. I wouldn't say I'll be back again. I asked for ONLY lettuce and mayo on my chicken sandwich... They added pickles. I like pickles a lot, but not on hot food. I thought these ones were disgusting!! (The pickle juice permeated right through the bun and breading.) My mom's fries were nice and crispy... Mine were chilly and soft, obviously made awhile back. Staff was awesome, service was quick despite a busy drive thru. Restaurant was clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you have a physical disability, know that it's a bit of a walk from where to park to where you enter the restaurant.... Across two lanes of drive thru traffic. (And some people aren't super patient with those of us who aren't as witch as others.)

Love the drive thru being served in person which he was very friendly. Staff bringing out our order was fantastic, food tasted amazing!!
