I'm a big fan of Chicken Plus and always enjoy their premium fries. However, I was really disappointed with my Creamy Cheese Fries order today. I ordered two, but they looked and tasted like plain fries with barely any sauce. At $12.99 each, it just didn’t feel worth the price or quality. This isn't the first time this has happened. Sometimes the fries come with a good amount of sauce, but other times, like today, there's barely any. It's really a hit or miss, which is frustrating as a regular customer.I hope you can improve the consistency, because I truly enjoy your premium fries when they're done right.

Idk what the Koreans got going on but they know how to fry chicken. Pickled radish is amazing too. The first time I went the server was unreal, made me want to go back before I even tried the food. Foods amazing too. Definitely new flavors im not used to, tried them all. So good you can't go wrong

Visited this location aftet hearing that the food was so good. The food was ok. Very overpriced for what you get. There is more batter than chicken. Then we were told since we were 8 people they charge 15% gratuity that is included. I spent $200 on overrated food. I could have got much better for half the price. The server never checked on us to see if we needed anything. I won’t be going back here. I expect much better service. They weren’t even busy.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is spacious and comfortable. The food is freshly cooked and delicious.

i tried the red marvel chicken and honey brown chicken. the first one is really spicy and have a good sauce. the latter is too sweet so it's not my taste. all chickens are crispy. i also like the pickled radish as well but they're too sweet.

My go to order would always be the large boneless half and half soy garlic and creamy onion with sauce on the side and snowing cheese fries. It never fails to satisfy my cravings. 🙌

Delicious chicken and other food on the menu is great! Good service. I find their fried chicken is one of the good ones in London. Also their tteokbokki is great tasting plus the serving size is good and fairly priced.
