Worse customer service experience.
I always order online through Uber Eats, and usually the other manager prepares my bowl right in front of me without any issues. However, today the staff member who did not served me was extremely rude. I politely told him that I didn’t mind waiting until he finished his current line of orders, but instead of accommodating me, he argued and refused to prepare my order the way I wanted.

Because of this, I was forced to cancel my order and still got charged in full. This is unacceptable and shows very poor customer service. I genuinely don’t understand how someone with that attitude is allowed to deal with customers.

The Burritos we ordered were cold and not ready on time. Also didn’t get any salsa included with my burrito, which is standard at all other Mexican fast food joints in London. Don’t recommend anyone go here if they are looking for authentic or even decent quality Mexican food, since you will be very disappointed. And it’s not just because of this poor customer service experience, but because of 3 different poor experiences with your low quality, tasteless burritos.

Food was nice. I had veggie bowl and it was delicious. Sitting arrangement is same as other chipotle places. Free parking is available. Affordable healthy and vegetarian meal with good quantity.

Every single time I’ve ordered from Chipotle recently (three different occasions, bowls for my family and me), we’ve found thin wooden-looking pieces in the food.

I reached out to customer service after the first time. They reassured me it wouldn’t happen again. But then it happened again. And again. That’s three times now, which is absolutely ridiculous.

What if someone choked? Or a kid swallowed it? They need to be way more serious about quality and food safety, because this clearly isn’t being addressed behind the scenes. I honestly don’t feel safe ordering anymore, and it sucks. This has completely turned me off, and unless something major changes, I can’t see myself ever coming back.

I had a great experience at Chipotle! The restaurant was very clean, the employees were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Everything was well-organized and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A WORM / parasite in my food! Absolutely DISGUSTED and sick from this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I called and told the manager and he did not care one bit.

I’m not really sure what happened because I ended up with a chicken bowl full of both fatty pieces of chicken I had to keep spitting out or some sharp un-chewable bits that I’m not sure were even chicken or foreign objects in the food.
I got so turned off that I had to throw it away.
I always thought of Chipotle as a fresh and healthy place to eat, but this made me disappointed and disgusted.
I will not be returning to Chipotle again after this experience unfortunately.
Please check your QUALITY CONTROL!!!
Hope this will be reviewed seriously.
But, I won’t be craving or appetizing it anymore.

Although I have no problem coming here, I noticed I’m not chewing a certain food properly and found out there was piece of plastic in my bowl.

Place is dirty. Floors and tables covered in food find a broom. Both men’s and women’s bathroom closed only
Family bathroom open and it was dirty like real dirty. The food was okay but I wouldn’t trust the people serving the food in there.

Food was below average. Specially vegetarian options. It lacked basic seasoning.
Very bland. Mexican bowl is just ok .
Staff needs to learn how to be respectful to the guest.
I had to change my place while I am eating just because they want to close the area.
Even after requesting staff forced us to change our place.

The portions are small for the size of the bowl they have. You should request that the portions be more generous to fill the bowl.

The amount of times I’ve gotten chicken in my veggie bowls/burritos is insane. I’ve gotten back to them few times about the issue and they’d remake the order. But how about do better? Keep complaining about the same thing over and over is so draining.
