Chipotle Mexican Grill

Anyone who is looking for a good meal and value out of their food, STAY AWAY from this location when the skinny kid with glasses is working. Every time I go in and this kid is working the line I know I’m about to get skimped on every portion and the next time I see him working I’m walking out the restaurant. I am a frequent chipotle goer (especially at this location) and enjoy the food very much; however, I know what a proper portion looks like. Take the rice for example, it’s supposed to be 2 full scoops and it should fill the bottom of a bowl to where you can’t see the cardboard bottom; however, this kid will only give you 2 half scoops of rice and there is so much of the cardboard bottom exposed it’s a joke. When I say he barely puts any rice in, that’s not an exaggeration, he will dump the big scoop back into the rice tray and only put crumbs in the actual bowl itself. This chipotle has been hiring a lot of new people recently and for the most part they are alright, but when it comes to the new skinny kid with glasses, you’re better off walking out and looking for an alternative in the area because he will give you no food and I guarantee you will still be hungry after eating. If anyone else is experiencing this same problem please let them know because something needs to be done about this kid and his ridiculous portions. It hurts giving this location a 1 star review because the food is honestly amazing 99% of the time I go there, it’s just this new kid that has to ruin it by skimping on portions and not giving you value for your money.

Always tastiest rice bowl.

This is my first time facing racism, and I’m horrified! I just waited in the queue to order and when it was my turn, the guy cheerfully greeted the 2 guys behind me and said “hi guys, what can I get for you” to them while I was right in front of them! he did not even acknowledge me standing there and when I looked at the people behind me, they started mentioning that it was my turn, the guy just looked at me with a rude expression and literally said nothing for a minute, no apology, no acknowledgement- nothing! I just gave my order and went to the counter after that. This is the rudest any service person has been to me and I’m still in absolute disbelief on how he acted! The place definitely needs better people than that!

put name tags on employees so we can know and see who is being cheap and not putting the proper amount of protein and food on the plate so we can report it. They are not being nice with the protein portion

Serving sizes are extremely hit or miss. The protein servings can be pathetic, or they could be quite generous and barely manage to wrap the burrito. Definitely never order online because they tend to be quite cheap when no one is watching.

the service i received here was absolutely horrible. the girl that made my bowl last night was SO rude and seemed so miserable. We greeted her with so much respect and kindness yet we seemed like an inconvenience to her. Employees are the face of the establishment however our experience with her makes us not want to return. She was extremely rude and made facial expressions everyone we told her what we wanted on our bowl. She put a tablespoon amount of cheese on my bowl and when I asked her to kindly put some more, she put a pinch of cheese and said “that will be extra”. It’s important for a business to employ individuals who actually genuinely care about their job and serve paying customers to the utmost standard. I hope management re-evaluates their employees and hiring standards. it’s not a difficult task for someone to be respectful and show kindness.

I have never had a smaller burrito or bowl at any Chipotle anywhere in the world

Horrible service.I asked for a honey chicken.The girl literally fills the spoon Half way I don't know what their problem is.They act like it's coming out of their pocket I recommend anybody that goes there to speak their concerns.Cause they're obviously like taking advantage

Food is consistently good there but service sometimes isn’t. With that said, I still return there to eat.

We were there for dinner last Sunday evening, there was not a chance we could eat in.
Every table was a disaster, garbage and food on the floor, we had no choice but to eat in our vehicle in the parking lot. The garbage can as we exited was overflowing on to the floor.
I was so excited to eat here, we drove from out of town to do so, unfortunately won’t be back.

This is my best go to place for food . Never ever i feel not finding something to eat i always go here . Too good veggie bowl . But nowadays they are giving less quantity idk why but they don’t give much

Great food, but the place is often packed and barely cleaned at all. Garbage cans literally overflowing and nobody cleaning tables, so not worth eating in. I'd be more interested if they figured out how to actually keep the place clean. Not good.

I use to do deliveries, they don’t treat delivery drivers good. They prepare delivery orders together, say like 5 to 10, it may take say 10 minutes or so, if your order is 1st you have to wait all of them to be ready in order for them to bag it and give it to you. This happens at some Mcdonalds too at drive thru only hours, but they hand it right away at open store hours, but this store makes it their right to delay it just to save their time and effort having no respect to drivers and their time.

You don’t do that to customers dear OWNER, you don’t make 10 orders together and hand it to 10 customers in order to save your time. A little reminder, almost half of your income or even more is through deliveries and you and your instructed staff are supposed to treat drivers equally and fairly, its ridiculous, I may waste my time to report you people if this happens consistently, I hope you do something better.

Tried the new honey chicken. It was surprisingly good. Gave a generous amount of the vinaigrette, order was also made very quickly.
