Placed order for pick up on line. Was told my order would be ready for 5:50pm. When I arrived to pick up my food I was told it would be a few more minutes. After 30 mins of standing and waiting I was handed a small bag. Seeing as I placed a large order I knew that was not my order. I asked if they were sure if this was order and they reassured me it was. Before leaving I opened the bag and saw 4 takeout sauces and no food. I than polity asked to speak to someone as this was not my order and there was no food in the bag. The staff then started speaking to one another but not to me. After waiting 15 mins I asked what was going on and I was told “give us some time” after another 15 mins I was handed my order. I asked again is everything in here and is this my order. They reassured me it was and said they threw in some free chips for the wait. As I arrived home (across the street) I noticed my car seat was soaked and the bag was soaked. To my surprise they had put sauces in the bag with NO LIDS! Which was now all over my car and my wife’s purse which was beside it. We took the food inside to inspect the rest. To our surprise again we ordered the cane asada (spelling) what we were given was a raw tortilla shell, a table spoon of cheese and some brunt steak scraps maybe a table spoon worth. The burrito was legit in a ball and smashed together. When I called for a refund I was told “sorry our quesadilla machine is broken” and “we are to busy to talk to you right now go on the website and the number for a refund is there”’ I then called back to as there is no number. Once they answered they told me “there is no number on the website why would you go there” you told me too!!!!! They said they would call me back tonight to help with the refund. As we speak it’s 10:07pm and no call. This is disgusting service. I would not even call this service. Unsure if this is a franchise location if so staff need to be fired, re trained and the franchisee needs to be held accountable. Just look at your other reviews clearly a pattern. Cleary the staff do not care what so ever.

well where do i start , Typically at a chipotle you are greeted with a smile once you get to the staff behind the table. But this location is different. the workers here at this one Never smile , Never speak loud enough. Never listen to what you want they just assume and hope for the best. The counters Are absolutely disgusting and when someone does try to clean it , they often push the old food from the counter into the “fresh” food. It’s also pathetic how terrible these workers wipe the counters they sit they’re trying to scrub at it and make no progress. i think a 2 year old could clean counters better. The floors in this place look like a raccoon had just went running through there and left all the mess on the grounds. Chairs or tables never cleaned or tucked in. Better yet when i was in the there today a worker used the same clothes she used to wipe down the area where your food is prepared on the soft drink fountain . oh did i also forget to mention i have never seen these people ever use a disinfectant on the tables or anything. Moral of the story. Don’t go to this one. Don’t give them your time or money. Middlesex london health unit should be shutting this place down. don’t get me started on the cross contamination aswell. Take my word and go to the one on wonderland rd.

Got a steak burrito. First bite was all beans. Second bite was all lettuce. Third bite had a piece of steak that wasn't bad. Kinda tough to chew. Never got to the chese or rice etc. Couldn't really get a fourth bite in as the item had basically disintegrated through my hands to a disgusting pile on the plate. Was really inedible. Never again. Sorry

I used to love this restaurant, but lately I feel like the taste and portion sizes have changed a lot. The portions are so small, it's impossible to feel full. Have they switched to serving low-fat meals? The taste has also changed drastically. I don't think I'll go there again.

worst service every. i’ve been to multiple different locations before and have asked for vinaigrette and was given full thing for free. while at this location i’ve been charged $1.20 for 1 oz of vinaigrette. when waiting in line workers were seen chatting to each other while the line was clearly long and the wait time was not worth the food i’ve paid for. the steak is dry and not worth the price. i’ve never been shown this much disrespect from a chipotle. only go if u want to waste your time

I have always like Chipotle Mexican Grill; whenever I am across from Masonville Mall, or I am at Pet Smart nor Indigo Book Store at this plaza premises. I do like it here since they have a location in London, Ontario; and recently a second location at the other side of the city on Wonderland Road near RONA Hardware store. I prefer their Masonville location and even I did not went to their south of Wonderland Road location. I was there earlier on Halloween on October 31st, 2025, and it was Friday on that day. It was busy and there is a huge line up mainly students coming from the University of Wetsern Ontario with half of them in their Halloween costumes. The line of customers stretch from the cashier all the way to the door where you enter/exit Chipotle. I am glad to do a mobile order to avoid a long wait and have my Barbacoa bowl ready along with my red Chimichurri sauce. Mobile order saves a lot of time and you can get digital exclusive orders of the quesadillas. When I entered Chipotle earlier on Halloween Day around the afternoon (3:00PM, Friday, October 31st, 2025), the couple who just walked in and the line is so busy. I was behind the couple that they left less than a minute because the line up of customers is too long and busy. If you are on the go, but you do have the Chipotle App and pay with credit. I recommend using the app to save a lot of time and avoid the busy long line up. I won’t eat a Chipotle without it’s all mighty GUACAMOLE! Hopefully the guacamoles they get are coming from Mexico as I will not buy any products from California along with their tomatoes as I do support local Canadian and Mexican ingredients even if Chipotle is from the US. It is unique how Chipotle add adobo ranch dipping sauce, and recently the red chimichurri sauce. It is a commonly found in Argentine-Uruguayan sauce. I go for their barbacoa bowl as you get a lot of good portion for that price, and I could not finished it all at home, so I save it to eat later. You need to have the Red Chimichurri sauce on your next Chipotle visit including their Masonville location across from Masonville Mall on Fanshawe Park Road in London, Ontario. It never disappoints me even the downside of the reviews. I will be back at this location soon. The earlier you come, the fresher the food and the great the Chipotle is. I will be back here soon. Great Mexican inspired food especially students coming from Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School or Saint André Bessette Catholic Secondary School will drive all the way here for a rice bowl. Worth it! They have real Mexican Coco-Cola, and sometimes they have Molson Canadian or Mill St Brew glass bottles, too. Brewed in Canada. Jarritos from Mexico, too. I do recommend their fresh refillable juices beside their fountain drinks as it taste a lot better as a better alternative; for those who are not getting pop. It is worth the price what are you paying for at Chipotle and it is made fresh daily. It is best to have the Chipotle App. Happy Halloween and enjoy your Chipotle.

The staff are unfriendly and the service is poor. Smiling or being polite seems off-limits. If I were you, I’d skip this place because even the portions are tiny for the price they charge.

I've been to this location several times and I've CONSISTENTLY had the same issue over and over! It's as if the food im buying is being deducted out of their paychecks. THEY'RE SO STINGY. I go back everytime expecting better but that's so genuinely my bad. Doing the same thing expecting different results is so stupid. The rage of this last purchase has literally been coursing through my veins. With the prices of everything increasing, you'd think you could AT LEAST get a full burrito. SO RIDICULOUS, don't waste your money.

Their corn is served frozen. I love chipotle corn but every time i’ve gone to this specific location my corn is frozen. Sometimes some workers also get annoyed sometimes if i ask for extra of something even tho im allowed to and are stingy. I wish their corn was normal like at other locations.
