I have always like Chipotle Mexican Grill; whenever I am across from Masonville Mall, or I am at Pet Smart nor Indigo Book Store at this plaza premises. I do like it here since they have a location in London, Ontario; and recently a second location at the other side of the city on Wonderland Road near RONA Hardware store. I prefer their Masonville location and even I did not went to their south of Wonderland Road location. I was there earlier on Halloween on October 31st, 2025,...
Been to this location many times. Today, was not their best day. There must of been some cross contamination because we had two different bowls mild and hot and both were very spicy. Most of the station looked like they needed a refill.
The Burritos we ordered were cold and not ready on time. Also didn’t get any salsa included with my burrito, which is standard at all other Mexican fast food joints in London. Don’t recommend anyone go here if they are looking for authentic or even decent quality Mexican food, since you will be very disappointed. And it’s not just because of this poor customer service experience, but because of 3 different poor experiences with your low quality, tasteless burritos.
