Chicken feels dramatically overcooked and NOT fresh. Chicken balls are just hard to eat, and they leave an unpleasant aftertaste. It's not good food, and I even doubt it's safe. Even the cheapest places in the actual China, where you can dine for 2 dollars, leave fewer concerns. As far as I've got from the reviews, it's been a good restaraunt for a long time, but then something happened to it. Maybe, new owners?

First time in many years ordering this food, definitely not disappointed. BoBo tray, lemon chicken and Tai dop voi was excellent. My new go to chinese food going forward ;)

Our dinner last evening was very disappointing. Lo mein lacked flavour and chicken was slimy Wontons were tasteless and overcooked, chicken balls were dried out , rice was good! So overall an order of $125. Was certainly not up to par for chopstick house.

It was alright. I would say the Spicy Beef Noodles was the stand out and I would order that again. If you just want chicken balls and rice I would find another restaurant.

Chopstick house London
Chinese food is terrible taste old, shrimp taste rotten and stink, the chicken was hard as a rock couldn't eat it,I think some of our other food was left over that were reheated from days ago. I wouldn't believe all the 4-5 star comments they are bs.,waste of money all food went into the garbage after tasting shrimp in the brown rice.

The food was exceptionally fresh and hot compared to other restaurants. The rice wasn’t dry or undercooked, I found it to be perfect. Combo 4 with the beef and deep fried wontons were mediocre, I asked for the teriyaki sauce to be on the side and it wasn’t included at all, so there wasn’t much flavour in the beef. The chicken balls were soft because they’re served on top of rice. The lemon chicken (not imaged) was good but for the price without vegetables or an egg roll, I feel the portion didn’t reflect what it cost. 3 dinners costed $55, which is reasonable.
