Worse Chinese food ever
Rice is greasy and chicken balls were hard as a rock and chow mien was all garlic
Total waste of money
Close your shack down please instead of ripping people off
Don’t order from there just gross
Absolutely loved the food from here since I was a child. My favorite dish is spicy beef chow mein and they have no problem giving varying degrees of heat for those who like it hotter or mild!
The chopstick house is amazing 🤩 last 4 orders I made I ordered 2 sides I didn't ask for steam rice they put a small container in gooooooo chopstick house that's the way to take care of your customers. I know times are tough that means alot
Food was the best I’ve ever had, took less than an hour for delivery, I find a lot of
Places have very chewy chicken but theirs was perfect
I used to eat at chopstick house regularly. The food was great, fresh and consistent. The dried out sesame chicken, and somehow doughy and overfried honey garlic chicken balls from tonight were worse than mall Chinese food. What happened? Why is the food so bad now? I'll never understand how quality can slip so far. Oh, also the Egg Drop soup had the flavor of... salt, that's all. Just salt.
Our meal was amazing....the atmosphere was perfect and our server Chara was excellent. Will be back to Chops. We mostly go to the Keg but our experience this evening made our decision to come back again.
Waited 2 hours after being told my order was on its way out the door, I hadn't received it. When I called back I was told my order is still sitting on the counter, no warmer, nothing to keep it at a safe temperature and they asked me to wait another hour. Refused to refund me, and yelled over the phone in another language knowing I didn't speak that language. No refund, no food... honestly, I wouldn't want it after sitting on a counter with unregulated temperatures for 2 hours...3 if I had agreed to wait. Terrible service and clearly some serious issues with safe food handling.
I have nothing to complain about. Food was delicious and plenty of it.
Ordered food on new years. Nothing was edible. If you can't put out quality, don't bother making anything. The wonton soup was water. The rest of the meal I only wished was water. I'm still waiting for the possibility of food poisoning to kick in. Shameful
Love the food here. Only place we have gotten
Our Chinese food in london 30+ years till tonight! Was set to introduce this to our neighbours for New Year's Eve - an annual tradition. This year we were informed there wasn't a no MSG option ( unlike ever other year). The new manager made a decision to premix all sauces all with MSG. Nothing advertised about the menu change. Can't ruin the evening with my reactions to msg. By the time we discovered this it was too late to order anywhere else. Perhaps pizza from Smileys in london will be our new tradition now

I ordered take out for New Years Eve and was quite impressed with the food. I was also happy with the delivery time only being 30 minutes with it being New Years Eve. I would order here again!
December 23/24. Egg rolls too well done and had no taste or flavour. Ordered the deep fried pork balls but got deep fried pork pieces with lots of bone and fat. Not enough sauce to cover all of them (if I were to eat them, which I didn't). Wonton soup did not taste very good..threw it out. $40 order was put in garbage. Won't be back
Last night when we ordered it was at our house in 15 minutes, that is some serious top notch service ! Also Some of my favourite comfort food ?

Ordered 4 different menu items for take out. All portions were good size, flavors are great and everything was cooked in clean oil. Used to come here years ago and I can say its better than I remember. Staff was also warm and friendly!

Quick and efficient Chinese food. Ordered over the phone, picked up 15 minutes later on the Saturday of the long weekend. Food was nicely cooked, generous portions. Street parking and a nearby parking lot.
