Just ordered some food it cost me a hundred dollars ( which is normally fine) however when I received my order. I had FOUR containers of mostly noodles. There were hardly any vegetables. And then I called to complain and instead of them rectifying this error they told me "thanks for letting me know" unacceptable! I will never order again

This place carries the history and the atmosphere of an old chop-suey place, but the quality of the food was absolutely dissapointing as someone with a Chinese background. Many mystery options of pork and chicken "balls" that are deep fried in old smelly oil. Fried rice was glowing with the amount of grease in it. Anyone can do better by marinating your own meats at home and serving it over fresh rice.

Good food, take out Chinese old school you know what you’re getting when you go here.Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Read them and you’ll see the Gen Z/millennial snobbery. Just people complaining about things that don’t really matter.

Food was not worth what we paid for. The taste was not authentic. it all tasted the same. We ordered 3 dishes and weren't satisfied and will not recommend this place to others.

I'm honestly obsessed with Chopstick House. Their prices are fair (especially given today's restaurant pricing) and their portions are HUGE. I'm particularly obsessed with the chicken balls, beef chow mein, spring rolls... really can't go wrong with anything. For FAST, reliable takeout that will please a crowd and produce leftovers, CH is a great go-to takeout spot and delighted to have discovered it.

Ordered numerous times over the years and very satisfied. This last order the food was not as good as I remember. Access to pickup was difficult for me getting up the large front step.

OMgoodness. I remember Mom ordering take out from there when I was growing up. What a disaster its become. They delivered very fast. We asked for plates and cutlery.they forgot that along with the sauce for the lemon chicken and the sauce for the chicken balls. When I called to let them know they offered free sauce next time???? I asked if they sauce cost extra. The answer was no. Next time they were going to send sauce I guess. It makes no sense to me at all. There wont be a next time. Other then forgetting all that stuff the fried rice was average at best. 2 orders of chicken balls, lemon chicken and fried rice was just under $80. What a waste of time and money. Most of it found its way intonthe trash.

My favourite place for crab rangoons. Not everyone's preference but I rather enjoy them! Service is fast especially when doing pick up. Delivery is pretty quick, too! My only complaint is that I don't end up with enough fortune cookies for my family of 5 when I order. I get one for each dish but we usually only buy 4.

WORST food ever. The chicken fried rice tasted like burnt oil and was swimming in grease. Lemon chicken was a whole chicken breast battered and deep fried with sauce on the side. I suspect the chicken was going bad because it was so over cooked and hard you couldn’t even cut it with a knife, let alone eat it. The contents of the bo bo tray was overcooked and dry. The egg rolls and chicken balls were good and tasted like they were fresh and the lo mane was ok. I only wanted the egg too young and when I took the lid off the dish it was a gross gray Color like it had been cooked in a dirty pan. I felt under the weather today and thought it would be a nice treat to get Chinese food. We only get it about once or twice a year because it’s so expensive. I’ve never been so disappointed. Shame on you Chopstick house.

Stopped in for lunch with my son. The one table they had was dirty and no washroom to use (so we opted to eat in the car). I had combo 11 & he had 3. It was ready within a couple minutes & sitting on the FLOOR when we got back from using the facilities at Tim Horton’s across the street (should have stayed there to eat). Everything was precooked & reheated with sauces ON THE SIDE. it wasn’t worth $5.00 yet alone the $12 & $13 we paid. The general tso sauce was more like teriyaki as it had no spice. I asked for extra plum & soy & he said it was all in the stapled shut bag (only 1 packet of plum & 2 soy). I asked for hot sauce & he said no, because the general tso was hot enough (it had no heat to it). The chicken was over cooked & hard as a rock. Really really bad & there are so many Chinese places in London, I encourage you to avoid this one. It was not at all good.
