Chuck’s Roadhouse always provides a great dining experience. The staff is attentive and ensures you’re well taken care of throughout your meal. There’s never a long wait, even during busy times, and the service is consistently efficient. The food is always delicious and well-prepared, making it a reliable spot for a great meal. It was a super busy Friday night, and we were taken great care of even with every table filled it felt like we were the customers that our waitress was serving. She paid extra special attention to my older friend who has a heavy acent, and I really appreciated that, and he felt well taken care of. We will be back!

Unfortunate lack of communication due to the length of time it takes to get food ordered and delivered led to us having to leave after an 1.5+ hour wait at the table. Restaurant was 3/4 full so not overwhelmed but I guess they had staffing issues that were not communicated ahead of time. Would I go again, sure, it’s chucks, but my expectations are low.

Wobbly tables drive me nuts. We started at one such table, but it was so bad we moved to a booth the moment that some customers left. That one was much better but not perfect.
Our waitress didn't come that often, and was barely hiding her grumpiness behind the fake smile.
The food was pretty good though. Pretty darn good Ceasar drinks.

Very meh. Lobster was WAY overdone and super chewy. Filet mignon had soggy bacon wrapped around but overdone steak. Fries were soft, almost mushy. Onion ring appetizer was quite good and came out fast! Kids did love their gooey grilled cheese sandwiches. That's about it for the pros though. Service was friendly and helpful, did allow my wife to taste test the honey sriracha wing sauce which was a nice surprise gesture on the wait staff's part.
