Seriously I don't want to make this post but tonight was a total disappointment. Brought a large party to Chuck's tonight. Made reservations did all the courtesies. The waitress was indifferent and mediocre food was not good and they rushed us out the door. I loved Chuck's but I'm over paying and hoping for better. We won't be back and we will tell our friends. Do better management... Your staff tonight was absolutely embarrassing

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an alarming incident I witnessed during my visit to Chucks Roadhouse on Wellington on November 8th. While in the men’s washroom, I noticed a man taking photos while customers were present. Upon discussing the matter with the staff, I was shocked to learn that the individual was an employee from Head Office.
The staff members promptly addressed the situation with the individual, who then admitted to taking photos in the washroom despite the presence of customers. The complete lack of awareness and disregard for privacy in this situation is inexcusable and deeply troubling.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It is unfathomable that anyone, let alone an employee from Head Office, would believe it was acceptable to take photos in such a private and sensitive space, especially with families and children around. This breach of privacy is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.
I urge you to take immediate action to investigate this matter and ensure that such an incident never occurs again. Customers should feel safe and respected in every part of your business, including the washrooms, and this incident has sadly violated that trust.

Burger was burnt, Buffalo chicken had absolutely no kick to it, out waiter was rude. To the point of rolling his eyes at us when we asked for seperate receipts. Which he brought as one receipt. Even tho he could see we were agitated due to his lack of listening still didn't fix the issue. This location I will never go to again

Nice place to eat. Steak was good. Resturant was cold, I was under a vent. Nice outdoor picknick tables are available. Lots of tv's indoor to watch sports. I've eaten here before and plan to eat here again. Half price appetizers after 9pm.

Staff need to learn to acknowledge their guests if they know they will be waiting awhile. A simple, "Hi, I'm sorry for the wait, I will be right with you." We left because we got tired of waiting to be served.

Inconsistent!! One visit ammonia smell lobster tails, sent back and new ones still stunk. Another time a cold prime rib, gave it back to manager, brought back same plate but with an addition of awesome modern microwave love! Was garbage! Ask for a medium rare steak, as rear will come cold and greasy. Love the idea of a place with cheap drinks and half price applies after 9, but all Chucks restaurants need to pull up their quality pants! What restaurant can't make a simple good garden salad, and only offers a Ceasars salad? Pay extra for hot sauce, a stupid honest to goodness rip off fee?! I get if you sold the food at rock bottom prices, and had consistent good quality, but quality stinks half the times, which is too much for that many visits. We have avoided it lately at all costs, unless in Niagara Falls when you just don't want to pay $25 for a salad in some downtown garbage restaurants, and you take a gamble at Chucks and hope it turns okay! Guess drunks won't care, but sober ones will notice! Anyways, hope someone will listen!
