I absolutely LOVE eating at this Chucks😍👏🏻. They have a great motorcyclist/cabin like homely feeling to it, Excellently well-done delicious food, and very kind staff. The only 1 complaint I have to say about this restaurant is that the wait times can sometimes be a bit slow. Like One time back in April, on my Birthday no less, me and my older Sister had to wait 30 minutes for just Garlic bread, which is quite unreasonable, and makes absolutely NO sense why such a small quantity and simple food should take SO bloody long😡. People do have places to be and stuff to do after all. Anyways, other than need for improvement when it comes to wait-times, keep up the fantastic work guys🥰👏🏻💖

Their nachos are great. Finn McCools needs to take some lessons from these guys.

Strategically went for dinner after 9pm to take advantage of the half price appetizers. Ordered the garlic bread, nachos+guacamole, 20 boneless chicken pieces, spinach cheese dip and a Caesar salad. Food quality was excellent with a good atmosphere. Fairly busy. In my opinion, the best item to order was the boneless chicken (medium sauce was eaten faster than the honey garlic). Nachos were good but the least favourite. They had good toppings and a good amount but a littler over baked where it would be nice to have more gooey cheese than hard and dry. Service took about 30-40mins for food to come to the table which is the only reason for a 4 star vs five. Server did a good job despite being very busy and going from one table to the next.
Red truck Chevy was a pleasant drink. Kids had pop while my wife had a tea (hot water with a bag provided).
Appreciated reading reviews ahead of visit as the 3% honest to goodness fee would have been an annoying surprise. Any additions to appetizers is full price (not half, as expected).
We 2 adults and 2 kids (10&12) left satisfied and stuffed. Could have ordered one less item and been full. Total bill $75 after tax and tip.

Food was decent but do not go here if you have any accessibility needs.
They have 1 accessibility parking spot for a very large restaurant. I'm pretty sure the other spots are covered by the make shift patio. When the issue was brought up to the manager she said well it's usually not an issue, it was an issue that evening. She told us to park in the lane way at the side of the restaurant which is labeled no parking and is also the main lane way for cars leaving the Plaza. The women's washroom has an accessible stall but no automatic door openers for the very heavy wooden door of the washroom. While in the washroom a customer in a wheelchair tried entering the washroom but the door was too heavy for her so she asked those of us in the washroom to help her. Upon leaving g the washroom, I realized there was no button to open the door and this poor customer would be stranded in the washroom.
This is not OKAY, this restaurant needs to do better. Please consult the AODA on what is required and perhaps re-train your manager on the AODA.

(Exeter Rd, London) Called to make an order, because the online system was not working.
Immediately was told to order online which of course I said I tried but it wasnt working. Told me to hold and came back to tell me they couldnt take my order that I would have to come to the store and order ahead. The girl refused service and said there was nothing they could do for me.
Unbelievable, horrible - rude customer service! Wouldn't have been any difference to just write my order down and take it to the kitchen vs. me coming in and doing the same.
Certainly wont be back again - Kelsey's service on Wonderland Rd however is phenomenal and I suggest the support there instead.

The wings was great, some was a bit small, they could of added 1 or 2 more. Server was friendly. There was a group who was very loud and swearing they should have been told to lower their voices or stop swearing because there were a lot children around.

Difficult to leave a review...
I was at the Exeter Rd London ON Chuck's location on July 29 at about 8:50 pm. 3-4 employees were having a discussion outside the front doors as they were cleaning up. I entered the restaurant and stood at the front entrance waiting for the hostess for at least 10 minutes. The wait staff inside were all busy working serving tables.
Got tired of waiting and the staff outside were still chatting when I walked out.
I live in Mississauga and the Chuck's Millcreek location there is fantastic.
The only thing worse than the construction in London was the service at this restaurant. Terrible!
Would not recommend this location to anyone. So many other superior choices in London.
