Sorry, but we always had great food and service, but the restaurant was so cold, slow service, and worse, food was cold. Yes, I should have spoken up. Normally, I would have, but it was so cold.

Ordered takeout. At the restaurant, the server had my order ready, her supervisor told her that I was there to pick up my order and to cash me out. She ignored me, and went to the far end of the bar to serve a couple that had just sat down. When she returned, I made it very clear that I will not purchase cold food and insisted she cash me out now, otherwise I will not purchase the food. She recognized that I was serious then cashed me out.

Had a colleague convince me to try this place for the burger special. Fries and a burger for 9.99. I usually make my own paddies at home and was skeptical at the quality of what I would get for 10 at a restaurant, but was surprised to receive a real burger sized paddy, nicely spiced, loaded up (cheese and bacon extra) with a generous portion of thick cut fries. Better than any fast food options and it was pretty quick too.

I have been to chucks road house at different locations this is the worst one of them all . Burger was too dry the buns were to hard took forever to get the bill waitress wasn’t be try nice was in hurry even the salad barely had dressing on if I could give zero stars I would too many of them just standing around doing nothing took forever to get drinks as well had to call for attention several times

Came in Tuesday night great service, left my coat behind when I left. Came back the next night asked the bartender if they found my coat, and ordered ribs, she was great about pushing beers on me, but left the ribs an hour and a half and when I asked about it she asked to reconfirm the order so she could check, then asked again about my coat and she acted dumb about it like she didn't remember me asking and then said ya no I asked and it isn't here. To bad after such good service Tuesday night the Wednesday server would mess up the experience so bad.
