Typical roadhouse which was great. Several outside picnic tables for when the weather is nice! Pretty good menu. Chicken and ribs were good, beer was cold and service was fine. Enjoyed our time here.

I can't go back after waiting an hour and a bit for a burger and fries that were pretty sub par and having the order wrong. Seeing people who arrive after you and get steaks well before you is frustrating. Not only to add that the waitress took my plate away with my food half done. For context, pretty much every table was full. But if you can't handle a full restaurant then reduce the tables?

The food is good, but for the life of me I can't get past the "Honest to Goodness" fee that they tack onto every order. Just increase your damn prices to include all of the costs rather than hide a fee in the fine print. It's devious and deceptive. I think people will be fine paying a couple dollars more for their chosen meal rather than have to find out when their bill comes that they were charged an extra fee that they didn't even know about. For this reason, I don't want to go back, because I don't want to support a business that prefers to use deception in their pricing.

Food has been great both times we dined here. Buffalo Chicken Sammich is fantastic, more of a sweet then a kick in the taste buds but stillenough of the Buffalo to enjoy thoroughly!!!

This is my first time going into Chucks London and let me tell you what an amazing place.Greeted at the door this evening with a smile from the lady who seated me and my little one in a booth for 2.We had a great waitress and I kept the reciept for her name Jessica. Even though it was busy this evening she was on top of customer service and treated my little one with awesome service.We ordered our drinks and delivered in great timing.We ordered our food and the food was delicious.We will definitely be coming back for more food and the customer service.Thank you Jessica and thank you Chucks!!Kid-friendliness: The greeter this evening and the waitress were amazing and the food and desserts are delicious.

Outstanding service,food,music....everything...the best price in the Twon nobody can't beat it. Ribs and steak combo is super nice.April 4/24... 4:00 pm...today one again we back to this place, unfortunately very disappointed with the service and the way we were treated by the waitress. Waiting for service about 10 minutes, finally she got our table and we order sparkling water and Ginger Ale, she back with one glass of water and a sparkling bottle and left on the table very noise, I told her about the Ginger Ale and she apologized. We're not happy with the way she were treated and told her to calm down because she was rude the way she was serving us. She says she tried to do the best she can but if we're not happy ".. there's the door.."Waaaooo we call the manager explained everything but not hungry at all after that incident, the waitress name is Anna S.

Busy and a bit of a wait for the food itself but that's to be expected. Food was fresh and hot when it arrived at the table and the waitress was attentive and fast to help.They have incredibly low prices especially compared to the surrounding competition, and the food does taste good. It is great value.

Ordered the surf & turf. Steak was dry and over cooked, the lobster was rubbery and I ordered mashed potatoes w gravy but was given fries.I flagged a manager down and it took another 20 mins after waiting 40 mins already for our food which was hard with a 2 year old.They took my meal off but it was awkward Watching my son and partner eat then have them wait for me to eat 20 mins later.I appreciate they did something about but I've read recent reviews and this seems like the norm at this location.My partners steak was just barely pink (ordered medium) but he already too his medication and has to eat within a certain amount of time or would have sent his back as well.I love Chucks as a franchise and have visited all other in london with no conlaints but I do hope this location will remedy the issues here.Our server was nice enough.It was a bit to dim and quite hot but beautiful restaurant.The best part was the gravy tonight.
