Chuck’s Roadhouse is a great spot for delicious, affordable food in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The steaks are always cooked perfectly, and the burgers are packed with flavor. The service is friendly and fast, and the menu has something for everyone. A solid go-to for a casual night out!

The service there was great! Waiter was really nice to us, and we had our meal in reasonable time. The food was great and pretty big for the price so was definitely satisfied here.

Food took over 1 hour to get here!!!! Please go to another chucks! Kitchen was closed at 11 pm, but they close at midnight?????!!!! 😑😑😑

Has been a long time since we had a great waitress and with a great sense of humor... she definitely made it way better and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

Food was on point as always , can’t beat half price chicken wings and $5 pints , but the service was horrendous. Walked in no host or hostess to greet me , sat myself down at the bar and waited a good ten minutes before the bartender even approached me , and no it wasn’t busy at all …. she was socializing with what seemed to be her friends or other coworkers at a table by the front door instead of doing her job and manning the bar and what tables she had in the dining room , whenever I asked for another pint she’d look at me and just roll her eyes as if I was interrupting something , she’s lucky I tipped at all, my buddy didn’t and I don’t blame him . Not usually one to come on these forums and complain like this but yah that was bad . Not the first time service has been bad at this location. For whatever reason they refuse to take reservations, a bunch of us from work went there back in the summer on a Sunday evening , we called a couple days before and told them we were coming , they still didn’t staff the place properly and it took over an hour before they even got the first round of drinks out to our table . Granted it wasn’t the staffs fault , there was like four of them in the entire place and they were doing all they could but like staff the place accordingly and take reservations like everywhere else ….

Service is extremely slow i almost thought they forgot to schedule a bartender this evening. 20 mins after sitting down at the bar someone finally came to ask if I'd like a drink. They still haven't been back as a write this 20 mins later to ask if I'm ready to order from the menu I got. I've heard the bartender tonight giving rude service to the table of gents behind me as well.

The service was great. Dylan was funny and attentive. The food was awful. The steaks were chewy and full of gristle. New York bone-in listed as ‘thick and juicy’ and it was not (I ordered medium rare). It was barely 1/2”! I used to love it there so this is disappointing. Also ordered spinach dip. It comes with one pita/bread sliced and crisped. It wasn’t enough so we asked for a bit more. They charged $2 for the one extra pita. By the time it got there the dip was cold so we didn’t finish it. 🥲
