Our server last night was very kind but honestly we got the spinach dip and pitas were so hard ( they weren’t brought out by our server so not his fault). Other two items we got weren’t terrible but everything was overcooked. We tend to go to chucks around 11, get a few appetizers and drinks and go way before close as we work in service and understand not overstaying our welcome. Although for some reason at 12, even though they don’t close till 1 they turn on all the lights out of nowhere. When you’re sitting there trying to enjoy the last of your drink and food and get a huge flashbang to the eyes it’s quite annoying and very rude in my opinion. The manager in charge definitely does his best to make everyone feel uncomfortable and rushed and I can’t imagine why you would be forcing everyone out when you don’t close for another hour. It’s the same guy everytime at that location and always the same outcome so not sure if it’s him or the owners making this decision but it’s ridiculous. Even two servers were taken back by it - we weren’t the only people to complain. We have never had this issue at any other location. 10 or 15 minutes before close I get but an hour??? At least give people some notice.

I wish I could give them zero star. We went there at 11:15 pm and the guy at front named Mohammad refused to let us sit and eat there. The guy has serious issue of racism. The other white employee was searching a table for us but this Mohammad guy said you can only have drinks. Highly disappointed from their service. This is first time happened with us in London.

recently visited your restaurant, but unfortunately, I was refused dine-in service without being given a proper reason. This was very disappointing, as I had come to enjoy a meal and expected fair service.

I request you to look into this matter, as such behavior affects the customer experience and the reputation of your restaurant. I hope proper action is taken so that future guests do not face the same issue.

What a ridiculous evening! I feel for the waiter we had.. poor thing trying her best to sever what seemed like half the dinning room by herself!! With the fist 10 min our drink order was taken didn't see them or our waiter for a good 20 min after. After our drinks were dropped we were finally able to place our order. We waited well over 1 hour for our food!! Other tables that came in after got service faster.. but at least 3-4 tables right around us has messed up orders or missing items or poorly cooked. We had chicken Parm and fish&chips, the pasta was tired and the chicken over cooked and hard. The fish was ok but the fries were cold and bland. They did bring a new order of fries... still not good. The pop was flat to boot. Super disappointed in the manament team for dropping the ball HARD!!

Awesome spot! Our server is a legend and the pints are very reasonably priced. My friend and I also really enjoyed the food (I ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla and it was phenomenal). Fantastic place to catch up with friends in London, especially if you use transit but want to avoid the downtown.

Great vibes all around! The service was attentive, the food was tasty, and the prices were just right. We caught all the big games while we ate, which made it the perfect spot to relax with friends. Highly recommend!

One of the best Chuck’s branches. Usually Chucks either over or under cooks their steaks but this branch is more consistent in their cooking. Far better than the one in Downtown London.

Chuck’s Roadhouse is a great spot for delicious, affordable food in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The steaks are always cooked perfectly, and the burgers are packed with flavor. The service is friendly and fast, and the menu has something for everyone. A solid go-to for a casual night out!
