Pretty good food here, prepared well, and meals are basic so you don't pay for frills. Timing was off on the sizzlers, bit disappointed as I never get them. However the food tasted good and was hot. Guess I go regularly the past year, it is consistently good thats why the 4.0, and the price is acceptable for the food.

Today, May 29, 2026, at approximately 9:15 p.m., I was waiting for a table with my wife and son. There were only two groups in line, and we were the second group, standing directly in front of the reception desk. I politely asked the lady assigning tables, who appeared to be over 55 years old, if I could use the washroom while we waited. Her response was that the washroom was for customers only and that I could go to the Tim Hortons on the corner instead.

I explained that I was already waiting for a table and was clearly there to dine at the restaurant. I was standing right in front of her in the queue. Despite that, she repeated the exact same response, making it clear that, although we were waiting to be seated and spend money at the establishment, she was unwilling to show even the slightest amount of consideration, common sense, or basic courtesy.

I have visited several Chuck’s locations, both in London and in other cities, and I have never experienced anything like this before. The lack of empathy, judgment, and customer service was truly shocking.

It is unacceptable for someone working at the front reception of a restaurant to treat potential customers in this manner. The restaurant should urgently provide better customer service training for its reception staff and be much more careful when selecting the people who represent the first impression of the business.

The first impression we received was unpleasant, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic human decency. Without question, this was an extremely disappointing experience.

Yeeesh...this was mostly a miss today. Party of 7 celebrating a birthday. 4 people had unsatisfactory experience... Burger did not hit for 3 who ordered and steak tasted bland for the one. Feedback was shared with our waiter and manager offered a discount which was declined.
We were really looking forward to this dinner being a birthday dinner but expectations were let down.

My Mother's Day lunch with my son ...
I had the Chicken Parm and it was delicious. I loved the sauce ... mmmmmm!! I also brought the Sirloin Surf 'N' Turf home ... OMG ... everything was excellent!!!

I went with my freinds after 9 for half off apps, i ordered a spinach dip and rib and wing combo, got my spinach dip and the other 2 got there 4 apps an hour later we asked about my rib and wing they firgot, finally brang it out after we were ready to leave no discount or anything, ive had 3 bad encounters with this location before, if you go here make sure to bug them about yoyr food because they will probably forget about you.

To be clear, wait staff was spectacular and sympathized with us. 8 people at our table, 3 ordered steak. All 3 ordered medium rare. 1 was perfect, other 2 were vastly over cooked/grey. Cook came out of kitchen and chastised us, saying we didn't know the difference between a properly cooked steak and an over done steak. The poor server looked absolutely mortified. It was like something out of a TV show. Never in my life have I seen this type of behaviour by restaurant staff.
