I went there for dinner on Valentine’s Day. As I was eating they sat a couple that stunk like Tobacco right behind me (I’m talking thick, dirty ashtray disgusting. You can smell it as they walk by you from 5 feet away tobacco smoker smell). I took a breath as chewing and almost threw up. I discreetly explained the problem to the server and he acknowledged that he could smell the same dirty ashtray smell that I could but he did not offer to move us or anything. I asked him for a box and boxed up the rest of my meal as I could not stomach another bite. $160 Wasted!!!On top of that, my daughter ordered a porterhouse and they served her a T-bone. The server told me that is their porterhouse. However, I have been to a Chuck’s before, I go quite frequently to the one on Highbury. I can tell the difference between a porterhouse steak and a T-bone. This place is passing off smaller steaks for what they are. So not only was it a horrible experience, but I feel like I was ripped off. If you were looking for a Chucks location, it’s worth a drive to the one on Highbury.I will note I’ve been to this Chuck’s once before, and observed the same small porterhouse issue, but I decided to give it a second chance, because every one is entitled to a bad night. Fail! This place needs new management. Also, the lady that seated us was quite grumpy looking. She’s clearly not happy to work there.Chucks responded asking for a receipt so I attached one.Also the fish was fried too long and was hard as a rock.

Ordered arugula salad, service told us strawberry not available, we agreed to have it without strawberry, then he came back telling us, sorry we don't have pecan ?, and they can't serve it. Why do you have it on the menu ? .Washrooms needs care.

Never had a bad experience here, staff is always friendly and the prices are great especially for half price apps after 9pm. Frequent go-to spot for late night eats.

The service was not the Best. We were a party of 30 people and we were watching the baseball game and the manager changed the channel, even when they have 10 different tv screens. I told him to put the baseball game back and he never did it. It was very disgusting.Parking: Just beside the restaurant

I guess with success they simply just don’t care anymoreThis location is bad, every time for the last month they over cooked my steakLast time I decided to sent it back and it took forever and when they remade it was overcooked again , the waitress was embarrassed but I know it wasn’t her fault. I went home hungry and pissed
