This chuks location (huron and Highbury )is getting worse and worse day by day

Don't have words to explain how bad its performing on every aspect of being called a restaurant/ bar

Just avoid if u can

We regularly support this chain and visit many locations in our area. This was by far the worst experience. Food prepared by kitchen staff was good but the server and manager (?) left much to be desired.

The location was obviously doing some upgrades and half the area was closed off. Picnic tables were set up in a “patio” area but we elected to sit inside. We were shown to a table, our orders promptly taken and our drinks arrived.

When our food arrived the waitress and manager sat at the only available booth with what appeared to be an off the clock staff member and our waitress proceeded to eat despite her at the time being the only waitstaff. Another waitress came on shift but the only time our waitress moved was to make sure a bill was split as requested by another customer. These three were the only front of house staff working and my husband actually had to turn around and ask for our bill. Never where we asked if we would like refills or anything.

I will not be returning to this location as it was beyond a disappointment where service was concerned. The kitchen staff did their jobs well and provided us with a good meal.

My husband and I regularly leave an 18% tip but tonight he left 10%. We wish that could have been directed to the kitchen staff but unfortunately that was not an option.

Love the food here. Dill pickle spears are good, tomato soup with gouda cheese is amazing and I always get a steak...either New York, or Sirloin. Extra splurges tonight for Valentine's Day: Alcoholic Drink; Cosmopolitan, yummy! Dessert; The Buckaroo, was ok...not overwhelmed by it though. *Negative: While the restaurant seems to be wheelchair accessible, the Women's bathroom is not, only 2 small stalls.*

I recently celebrated my birthday here with a Rib Eye Steak...very good! Service has always been excellent and remains so. My son asked for his steak rare and it was overdone...not a problem though the manager had the cook make a new one.

Was here the other night and had some of the worst service I have ever experienced.

- We waited 20+ minutes to have someone take our drink orders.
- We were not given food menus; we had to take some off a different table
- We had to ask someone to take our food order because nobody came back after getting us our drinks
- We were not given cutlery; we also had to take these from other empty tables.

If our waitress had checked in on us more than one time (when we were halfway finished eating) we could have just asked for cutlery and menus.

Food is delicious if you like pub-style food and the prices are good too but I will never be returning to this location.

Food was alright. 2pm on a Monday. 3 servers. Only 6 tables currently. We've been helped by all 3 servers. One sat us, one took our order and brought drinks, and one brought our food. We'd already decided on food by the time they took the drink order. No one checked on us after our food came at all. 25+ nearly 30 minutes since we finished eating or anyone talked to us. We're left wondering if we'll ever get to leave. Feels poorly managed and like no one is assigned to our table or section.

First time here. Last time, as well. Enjoy the Chucks at Argyle quite a bit. Will make sure I go there and not here in the future.

The food was terrible. I wanted my steak medium, it came back bloody and it took an awfully long time, but my waitress, Sam was amazing at her job.

Everything was great the servers were polite but just as we were about to leave I asked for some napkins and I raised my hand to ask for some napkins the guy that brought the napkins came over to me and said that he is the manager so don’t raise my hand, I was confused as to what i did wrong and the guy kept on telling me that he’s the manager, I felt embarrassed as there were people there and I still don’t know what I did wrong the “Manager” was on a power trip I’ve been going to chucks roadhouse for a long time but this experience totally ruined my mood the service from the servers was great but you guys need to replace your “manager” with some one who is more qualified to be a manager.

Do not suggest this location. Just overall very bad experience. Called to place an order as online was not working. Costed me 57$ online and over 60$ in store. Ordered steak and lobster with Ceasar salad (upcharge) got fries instead of Ceasar salad , no butter for the lobster. Got home and noticed this. Not sure how it was 57$ online but 3$ more in person and didn’t even make the meal right. Manager is willing to fix it and provide a new meal but I would not have come to this location or wasted my time if I had known it was going to be so bad. When I called to place an order they took 5 mins to decide if they wanted to take the order or not. Very messy chaotic not organized food not right , adding extra charges to your bill. Something is not right with this location

3.5 stars. Went for half priced apps, just didn't realize some of the apps weren't available for the half priced option? Totally get it from a business standpoint, was just a little disappointed. Our server was nice, and service was fairly quick but it took a while for them to see us initially. Overall a good place to get cheap good eats. Will be back.

I’ve been to this location a bunch recently and love the food there, our server Tomas always goes above and beyond for us! Always a pleasure to come here!

Chuck’s Roadhouse is a great spot for delicious, affordable food in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The steaks are always cooked perfectly, and the burgers are packed with flavor. The service is friendly and fast, and the menu has something for everyone. A solid go-to for a casual night out!
