I love visiting Chuck's every time I visit my family in London. However, this time, this location, I am very disappointed. The one thing that spoiled my mood was the way the server and the manager communicated. We tried asking them a simple question just to clarify our doubts, but they were not at all humble. Customer service and good food should be the top most things in the hospitality industry, which was missing here. No smile while greeting, food quantity reduced, kinda rude manager, ... i might not let any of my loved ones visit this location again!

If you don't know what Chuck's is: it's a you get what you pay for budget restaurant. The food quality is fine, but not something people actually crave. That being said one thing that this Chucks absolutely excels at is hiring and/or high quality servers.

Service is prompt, and friendly. And not on "one specific instance": each time I've visited. I didn't go here often, but it's been notably good every time.

If I could give more than 5 stars for service I would. Our server, Yousif, was so friendly and awesome, despite how crazy busy he was.
There was a small error with our daughter's meal (not our server's fault), and Lamine brought out some fries so she could start eating with the rest of us, while she waited for her new dish (which came out promptly). It was so thoughtful.
We have been to this location only a few times and Lamine remembers every time. He is so lovely and professional.
Honestly, the service here is impeccable.
The food & drinks are always great - especially for the price.

Been going to Highbury location for years, staff was great, food was great and good atmoaphere. Not sure what happened but noticed staff changes, food has gone downhill, service is slow, and just not worth going to this location unless they change management.
