I recently purchased fried chicken and what I received was clearly not fresh. The chicken was dry, rubbery, and had a strange aftertaste classic signs of it being stale or reheated. For a place that prides itself on quality fried chicken, this was unacceptable.
It’s frustrating to pay good money and not get the standard you expect, especially from a well known chain. I hope management takes food freshness more seriously, because this kind of experience can easily drive loyal customers away. I won’t be returning to this location.
