Cinnabon here is filled with lovely workers and great food. My family and I have been getting Cinnabons here for as long as I can remember. You can tell how hard the staff works just by watching them pull out pans and pans of Cinnabons from the oven, and freshly rolling them on the side. I don’t think the workers get enough credit, i read through some of the Google reviews and I think majority of their cliental can be quite harsh and rude to them. A lot of the negative things said about this cinnabon are just quite silly - in my opinion. At the end of the day, it’s just dough with cinnamon and sugar on it. Be kinder to your service workers. This is genuinely the best Cinnabon and my family / myself will never stop coming here!

My girlfriend and I were at the mall and rushed to get to Cinnabon just prior to 9:00 pm. There were likely 2 dozen Cinnabons left in the display case. We were going to buy one dozen. We were told by the girls behind the counter that they were closed and that the cash drawer was already put away so we could not purchase anything. We love the Cinnabons here and were very disappointed. The girl was very unfriendly a no d we will not be giving our business to this location in the future. If the store closes at 9 the cash should not have been put away prior to that time and it felt like the girl may have wanted to take the extra leftovers home instead of selling them to loyal customers.

Although the food is usually amazing here, and I’ve been a loyal customer for many years this location has lost me as a customer due to poor service I received at closing from a girl with facial piercings. From the moment I walked up I received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If she didn’t want to serve me, she should not be working a customer service job. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

One of my all-time favorite baked treats! The cinnamon rolls are incredibly delicious—so good that you’ll find yourself coming back for more, regardless of the price. While they are on the pricier side, I honestly can’t resist buying them.
My personal favorite is the regular cinnamon roll with the frosting on the side. Just a tip: be sure to let the staff know when ordering, as they only do it upon request

Product served with about half the Frosting as compared to all the pictures and advertising. Quite dry compared to other locations we have visited. We asked for more frosting or a refund. Extra frosting was given after manager intervened. In my opinion, for the price of one Cinnabon roll it should be as good as the pictures the store presents. This location has disappointed us twice now.
