Usually get my Cinnabon at Masonville and have never had any issues. Today I was at Whiteoaks and got a small Cinnabon to eat when I got home. There was no sauce on it and it was very stale and stuck to the bottom of the box. Not a problem, will just get them from Masonville.

Absolutely love this location! The staff are very friendly, the buns are always fresh & delicious as well! I think it’s great that they offer seating beside the store as well so you can enjoy straight away! Huge S.o to our cashier Amanda as well, service with a smile, very helpful when making my choice and was nothing but polite! definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking for a sweet treat after a successful day of shopping

Ordered door dash and our dasher ditched us and took our treats, I called to inform these folks what happened and explained that I made sure door dash knew they had given my order to the driver.and that i was recieving a refund and not to worry...an hour goes by and someone rings my bell and the store took it upon themselves to remake my order and add in some extras even k ow door dash refunded me. They left a sweet bite too ? amazing service. Thanks guys!!!

Busy place, but short wait. Friendly staffing, clean location. I wanted a 15 pack of mini bons for Christmas morning, and they still had some ready to go. I was in and out in less than 2 mins.
Love this location, as it is right at one of the entrances of White Oaks Mall. When you walk in, it's like a cloud of cinnamon goodness, just coming in to give you a hug. Staff are friendly, and the Cinnabon are always fresh and yummyyyy. But even if you're not there for a treat (why not?), the amazing smells are always free.
