WOW! The service at this Cinnabon location is AMAZING!
Today I had 2 young girls help me with my order & they were both some of the friendliest & happiest people I’ve ever encountered while ordering food somewhere (& by far the best service I’ve ever received in mall 😅) which is especially important for a place that sells Cinnabons as usually you’re only going there because you want a ‘treat’ so it’s supposed to feel fun? Which is exactly how they made me feel!
They were both knowledgeable about products & pricing & they worked efficiently to get through the big line- but it was actually how nice they were to everyone & myself that really impressed me. So GREAT JOB to who ever hired them- as they are proving that with the right hiring, good customer service is absolutely still around!
& You now have a customer for life!

(I believe the girls names were christ/Kris- something? & I think the other girls name started with a V? 🤦🏼‍♀️ But for reference this happened on November 21 2025 @8pm ish- incase the owners would like to see who I’m talking about? 😅 they definitely deserve some recognition! )

Amazing honestly! Yasmine came and helped me out and was able to give me my order in no time! She's was very friendly. She had amazing energy and put a smile on my face. The food was also fresh and really good!
I would definitely recommened this place to friends and family will be coming back!

Umm it is literally my first time ever buying a Cinnabon not from Wendy's. The dude literally handed me a cold dried out Cinnabon and my gf who is from Michigan said that's not at all how it should look and it should be made fresh infront of you,not them handing me a cold cup.....honestly super let down I'll just go to Wendy's at least it's hot

Ordered 2 pecan Cinnabons. Got home to find one regularly smaller bun and 1 chocolate and pecan bun. The other person we were with checked theirs before leaving and it was wrong(plain when should have been pecan caramel) and he had to fix it. Have to make sure to double check before leaving I guess

I came by and Francisco was great! He was very king and very chill he gave me a fresh Cinnabon when I asked for it to be made fresh 100% recommened will definitely be coming back!

Was my favourite place to go when we come into London , sept 25 /2025 ( tonight ) around 8 pm we stopped ordered 4 centre of the rolls and 1 extra frosting my bill was over 35 dollars charged me 5 and change for 1 extra frosting and didn’t even put it in the bag iam from out of town so it’s not like we can drive back once we noticed it once we got home , it’s expensive as is ! Maybe hire staff that are more into doing there job rather than stand there gossiping about the customer that was in front of me ! !

I have no idea what is going on in this place but I have no luck in getting fresh buns. Old Cinnabon bun should be on sale not a full price!

Was at the White Oaks on June 16 at 5:15 pm, stood at the cash to place an order and 3 staff members saw me standing there but ignored me as a customer and continued chatting and did not take my order. I stood there waiting politely and still no service. That is such a shame because the service has deteriorated with this generation and do not care to sell this brand that I enjoy so much. Management you should watch your staff. The ones who worked today obviously does not care about service, which is so rude.

Auburn White

White Oaks mall is open to mall walkers in the early mornings and Tim Hortons is also open but Cinnabon is closed and no buns are ready by 10am. It's just oddly located away from the food court and closed during breakfast hours. Prices are jacked also with shrinkflation

Picked up a 6 pack cinnamon buns today. They were surely not baked today and they weren't fully baked at all. Not impressed.

Asked if buns were fresh as needed them for tomorrow's party. They said the buns were freshly made 'today'. The buns were hard and dry and the date on the box was from yesteday. They offered me a new 'fresher' box and the buns were still hard and dry. On top of this all, the buns looked and tasted awful. Paid 24CAD for 9 pieces.

Picked up a 4 pack first thing this morning. Usually 5⭐️, but today, VERY stale! Very very stale. Must have been left over from a couple days ago. $24 for stale Cinnabons. Not impressed. Staff very nice, but should have warned me, or better yet, thrown them out.

UPDATE: I did as you asked, and still have not received a response. Now that I have read the reviews on this location, I see that stale buns is a theme here. Multiple reviews about this issue, and the company still hasn’t done anything about it.
