This is what you’re getting for 6$ when you get the Cinnabites….. tiny stale pieces of dough and this is how small the portion was.
Little disappointed because was expected they use actual cream cheese. They use some whipped topping for the cinnamon bun(on me for not asking). Service was mild at best. Lady working looked not thrilled to be there. Coffee was really good ! Great if you are a vegan looking for a place.

Tables were dirty and the cinnamon roll was old and sitting there for a long time. I was so excited to try and then was let down!

Only 1 staff member on a Friday evening. The business was full of customers and it was over a 20 minute wait for hot chocolates. The staff member didn't greet us or warn us about the wait time. The Cinnabons smelled the delicious but not a good experience overall

Friday night at 7 o’clock, one person is working in the entire place. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 hot chocolates. Pathetic service, not worth your time.

Considering you're paying $6.00 for an Old Skool roll or an average of $7.75 for a specialty roll, the quality of the product received is more than a little disappointing. The base cinnamon roll is hard and barely tastes of cinnamon. The frosting is a very bland goo that serves no real purpose to enhance the flavour. Any flavour you might get out of these desserts relies heavily on the mass of "specialty" toppings chosen, so you may as well just buy the toppings at a grocery store and enjoy them for a fraction of the price.
The location itself is well-appointed and typically kept very clean and tidy.

Not the prettiest cinnamon bun I've ever seen but very tasty and all plant based!
Considering it was a $2 cinnamon roll day, we went at the right time. There was no line up, just walk up. The staff was super nice. The cinnamon rolls were fresh out of the oven with mouth watering sweet gooy goodness. Definitely a place to cure a sweet tooth

I've been here half a dozen times or so. Pros - I do love the cinnamon treats and the cookie dough treats. On the pricey side but I don't mind paying extra for quality. Cons - As others here have expressed, the customer service is less than enjoyable. I have never encountered a "friendly face" yet or a smile yet! No small talk, hello, nothing. I stopped going because I am made to feel like I'm bothering them. No matter how good your food is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE RULES. Learn this and train them accordingly. P.S. I HATE giving less than awesome reviews, but the people that work behind the counter lack people skills and friendliness. They need to learn about good customer service!
Parking: Parking on the side.

Ordered the strawberry shortbread cinnamon roll. Lacked half the toppings for it and took a while to even make. Could of just said they didn't have it. Instead of sending it out half made.

Lots of vegan options. A lil bit too sweet for me but some people are really into that.
Split the brownie and cookie. Yep, they have this too at a cinnamon roll shop ?

rolls are good, lots of variety however the strength of this place lies in their cinnabons alone, other options are not as good. However overall an enjoyable experience

Came here for a snack after Udupi Krishna.Cinnamon Roll (5.8/10). A lot of hype, but it didn't come covered in the icy which was sort of tossed on and you had to spread it around. More vanilla than sweet. It was fresh, but had more of an artificial taste. No need to return.
