The hot chocolate cinnaroll was the best in our group. I had the cookie monster and it was so good. Clean with eat in tables and bar at window, right beside the arena. Lots to look at. I'm glad we waited for dessert.

I LOVE Cinnaholic and prefer them over Cinnabon because they have so much more frostings and toppings. I came for the BOGO deal and it only took five minutes. Staff was also friendly and they have a large seating area. Their baked goods are sooo good as well.

We"d been looking forward to visiting a new place downtown but were very disappointed. The worker was very unfriendly to begin with. The choices were just ok I had a overly sweet, gooey bun and my husband's coffee cake was soggy, both overpriced. When I went to the washroom, there was neither toilet paper nor towels in there. When i went to the counter to inform the girl, she ignored me until i spoke up again. She the took an eternity to remedy that situation.We don't plan on going there again.

Such a friendly staff but the coffee were too light it tasted like water and the cinnamon roll were too sweat. Since it was vegan i expected the rolls to be less sweat so it wasn't for me.Also the Washroom was not clean.

I saw this on ctv news. A vegan, I went to see. 2 young women stood and looked at me. I looked at the buns, and walked out.I was looking for a delicate, simple, bun, made with healthy, unrefined ingredients.Instead I saw a sugar fest of buns gobbedwith icing and candy. Not for this vegan.

Had a coupon sent in the mail and I live 2 blocks away, so I went to try! We got a raspberry cheesecake and a fancy chocolate one, as well as a latte. Coffee was made with oat milk which was a pleasant surprise (I prefer it to cow milk). The rolls tasted slightly off and it wasn’t until I read the reviews I came to know it’s a vegan spot! It’s a little pricey, but knowing it’s vegan, it makes much more sense why it’s expensive. They’ve managed to almost completely disguise that it’s vegan, taste-wise! As non vegans it’s 7/10 but as someone who has tried to be vegan before, 10/10! Definitely will let my vegan friends know!

Tons of flavours and all vegan! Tried their old skool Cinnamon bun and a brownie both of which were amazingly delicious.
Staff were unenthusiastic and unhelpful. Buns were cold a doughy. Coffee was cold as well. Not being vegan I said I like cream when asked what I take. They did not explain there was no cream and just used almond milk. I would have got something else if I had been made aware.

Customer service lacking. Cinnabons took way longer to put together then I could of imagined and for the wait and lack of care from the employee wasn’t worth it at all and I wouldn’t go back. One time deal for me.

I have mixed feelings with this place. Don’t get me wrong, the Cinnabons taste good like normal however every single time I have ordered from Uber or SkipTheDishes for it to be delivered to me house, the workers are always screwing up my order. The first time, they were SO small and almost NO toppings… very disappointing when you think about how much it costs. The second time, they put all of my toppings and the cream cheese on the side in all little individual Tupperware where it took me 10mins to do it myself, was not pleasant at all. Overall very frustrated, can you guys please start doing Uber orders the same as you do the orders when we walk into the shop, thanks.
