Usually enjoy this place. I called my order 40 minutes ahead for pickup. I get to the establishment and they did not start making my pizza until I came. They told me 5 minutes until it’s ready but it took over 10 minutes.

Decided to try Cito tonight for the first time. Order took almost 2 hours to arrive. It was cold and hardly had any toppings. No apology or any accountability. Comparable to a pizza pizza slice which is unfortunate especially after such a long wait.

My wife and I stopped in for the 2-slice and a pop for $5.99 special. We both had veggie slices and we were both very impressed with the crust, the cheese, the toppings, and the overall taste. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Very disappointed I ordered 2- 12 inch panzerotti‘s times two purposely so they wouldn’t get mixed up. Sadly, they were and I ended up having to eat something. I don’t like on my birthday spicy sausage. I was looking forward to having a ham, pineapple and green olive panzerotti, but it ended up going to my daughter and her husband, which was incorrect and I was told they were correctly boxed they were not:(

My Sister and I ordered a large pepperoni,mushrooms and just a few green olives..it arrived hot and exactly what we ordered. We freeze the slices we don't eat for another day. Delicious and close to home. Love you guys...keep it going
