I’ve been coming to coffee culture for almost 5 years now since moving to the downtown core, and typically rave about the atmosphere, food and staff. Today’s experience was nothing like usual, the man working was quite nice and still made a nice coffee, I won’t discredit that, but the lady taking my order was snappy and rude. I know food service is a difficult industry, and we are all humans and have bad days but I was made to feel incompetent for specifying “extra sweet” opposed to the exact number of sugars I’d like in my iced coffee. I was considering leaving a review for just the service alone, but typically wouldn’t do such a thing. That was until I found a hair in my brownie, which makes me consider whether it was done personally because of the bad interaction we had. Attached is a photo. As a regular coffee culture customer, I was shocked at the service received today.

This place is amazing!! The service is out of this world and the people are so kind, it's nice and calm in here. Definitely sensory friendly and a good place to wind down and study with some warm coffee and a sweet treat.

Mediocre coffee at best. Not a place that lets you sit and read or study. The old guy, who I'm assuming is the owner, will rush you out and loudly complain, making you feel unwelcome in his shop. All in all, I'd recommend literally any other café in London, as they all surpass this place.

Food was fast. There was lots of seating at the hour I went. Need to have someone clean the tables faster.

Wouldn't double cup my coffee even though I'm on bike.. the cups are too soft for black coffee and the sleeves do not save you from hot coffee. I asked nicely and the blue haired lady says we don't double cup then I mentioned the situation where I'm on a bike require a double cup.. still no.. I asked if I could buy one but still no..I then ask for a cup of water and she gave me one.. I go outside where she could see me and dump my water out lol.I'll never go here again. They appear to hat working. Thank god they didn't charge me for the cup, the coffee cost me $5 for large.Be careful who you are ignorant to, they could just be over a million views on Google

Unclean, weird service and expensive, doesn't worth it.Parking: Spent 15min to find paid parking lot, finally found it far away from the coffee shop.

Great desert and drinks but staff should be more careful about providing a high level of service which can at times be messy and clumsy. Lots of booth seating as well as a comfortable longue area with television. Popular lunch spot. Wifi provided. UPDATE: Downgraded from 4 stars to 3 due to closing of grill by 9:00PM despite the fact that they are open until 10:00PM and the turning off of wifi with 1/2 hour left on the clock. Also the bathrooms are closed at 9:00PM? UPDATE: Upgraded to 4 stars from 3 for responding to concerns regarding diminished services after 9:00PM. Hopefully the ownership will be able to implement improvements.
