Copper Branch has fresh food? Ordered the Asian Fusion Bowl and found blue mold in it. Reached out to the restaurant as well as head office and received no response. Obviously this is acceptable quality at Copper Branch, both food and customer service.

I have ordered food from here multiple times and had no issues.Good ingredients and healthy food always. Love their burgers but yesterday we decided to try their Cauliflower flat bread and had a really bad experience. It was burnt and so hard to chew. Also, the way it was packed was super messy, It was on top of each other so cheese and other toppings were all over the place.I was really disappointed as we paid around $20 for the flatbread but couldn’t eat it.

Ordered a dish online (coconut curry masala) for delivery and when we received it, it was clearly the wrong dish. While it had a rice base, multiple ingredients were different than the dish I ordered including eggplant, pita bread, and mushrooms (missing pineapple, chix strips, spinach). I called to see if I could get the dish I ordered instead since whatever I received had a few items I really don’t stomach well (mushrooms, pita bread).The first person to answer the phone was a little disoriented, telling me she just got there and she’d have to ask, but then a few minutes later telling me she was just leaving and could bring me something else. I told her I was just interested in what I ordered.She put the person “who made the dish” on the phone. I was told that what I had in front of me is what I ordered and that the online picture and description were wrong. He laughed and told me “we don’t even have pineapple in the store”. He then asked what he could do to fix it. Maybe, change the website to match the dishes available? He responded “I’m only a franchisee, I’m not in charge of that web IT stuff”.Sooo, not super impressed with the customer service, and after having ordered, left sitting here staring at food I didn’t order and can’t really eat.

The Asian Fusion bowl with carrot kefted balls. The bowl was tasty but found the balls so so. Would have preferred falafel instead but wasn’t an option. I loved the shape of the actual bowl!

I was unaware that this is a fast-casual restaurant where you order at the counter and there are a handful of tables. Don’t let that deter you from the Way Better than Freshii choices here. Everything is worth a try and you’ll be pleased. Easy parking in rear lot with city meters.

I am so grateful Copper Branch has a vegan keto bowl! I have a hard time finding low carb vegan options with type 1 diabetes. Ordering low carb vegan meals at Copper Branch is so much easier than other restaurants. Also, Sierra is a genuinely warm and friendly person! Such a pleasure to enjoy a meal from here.
