Absolutely horrific coffee shop. Ordered 2 medium coffees...1 with milk..they didnt have milk...2nd coffee with 1 cream which had chunks of white in it...I handed it back and he scooped the chunks out with a spoon and handed it back to me. Brutal establishment!!

This location is not open don't waste your time driving there. Drive thru is closed also.

This Is the worst location. Drive through never open as they don't want to pay an extra Staff person I am told. Staff are extremely poorly trained on specialty drinks. You never know what you are going to get. I ordered a Moka ice Capp. I ordered it as there was a picture and thought he might get it right. Ha he put ice in the blender and chocolate milk. The picture had whipped cream. I did get any of that. This is by far not the first time this has happened. I am done with this place. This could have been a really successful place. I don't think it can be saved.

Donuts were delicious and definitely a better choice than Tim Hortons, the hot chocolate was a little watery though

Ordered through Uber Eats, and was given the completely wrong order. The only item that was correct was the boston cream. I ordered a black iced coffee. They ignored the note to make it black, and added milk plus sugar to it. I ordered an apple fritter. Instead, they gave me a raisin cinnamon twist. I ordered a Hawaiian doughnut. Instead, I got a regular glazed doughnut. I hope to get my money back from Uber Eats because it's just ridiculous that all items but one were wrong.

Service horrible, no selection of donuts and I went to send a message on the website and it is just as dysfunctional as it's locations. Nothing works on the website, how are they even in business anymore. I use to be a baker back home in Peterborough on Landsdowne St. for this company back in the 90's and I could still do a bake better than what they do now. Just Sayin!!
Waited 5 minutes at the drive-thru speaker before having to go inside because nobody took our order. They hardly had any pastries, and my doughnut was extremely stale. I usually really like Country Style but this store was disappointing.

Super delicious donuts and breakfast! Great service :)And they really did some nice work inside the restaurant, it looks fantastic.Overall would definitely recommend trying it out! You won't be disappointed!

I just had my first Country Style coffee and muffin in years since the last of the London franchises closed. Only because of convenience I am a loyal Timmies customer. But to my taste, hands down Country Style coffee and food is much better than Tim's. I can't believe this city can't support Country Style franchises. All they need to add is steeped tea to their menu and I'd drive past a Tim's to get to a Country Style.
