*PURE RACISM * The customers before us were white and were treated very well. When my friend and I (Indian) ordered, the bald staff member’s behavior changed completely rude and disrespectful.
If you only want to serve one race, put a board outside so people like us don’t waste our money or ruin our mood. Completely unacceptable. Not recommended at all.

Horrible service, below average food, I ordered a medium pizza and boneless wings. 30$. Price is absolutely different from any of the menus you find online, way more expensive. I was waiting for 40 minutes for my food just for them to mess up my order and I waited another 20 for the fix. The tables were dirty, the wings tasted chemical, the pizza is below average. Don't waste your time.

Pizza is mid tier at best, definitely fell off over the years i have been here. Thats not the worst part, the employee (tall white guy with glasses) working today at 9pm was one of the worst people I have had the misfortune of running across. Rude, inconsiderate to paying customers. Here is what happen: we got our luke warm slices of stale pizza, i asked for hot sauce on the pizza, employee said “wait i have to make this pizza first”. He took his sweet time making a pizza, popping it in the oven and then coming over and putting the hot sauce bottle on the counter. Mind you he walked right past the bottle when i first asked. After confronting him and telling him why he wouldnt have done that before, he said “thats just the way it is” - verbatim. The audacity to mistreat paying customers shows a lack of management by the owner and after reading an abundant of review referencing this man, i am very surprised he is still employed.
Hopefully the owner does something, this man is running your business into the ground.

Old guy working on Sunday night. He was terrible when it came to customer service and he treated me and my friends terribly, pushing us to get out of the store. After we paid and got our food, he told us to exit the store when it was freezing cold outside. Absolutely disappointed in Cousin Vinnies. Never going back. Food wasn’t that impressive aswell.

We had Cousin Vinny's cater our staff party. We had a variety of pizzas, wings and jalapeno poppers. The food showed up on time, proper temperature and was delicious. There was a small mix-up with one of the side dishes and they corrected it with no hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone!
