We went for I nice little dinner date after I got off work, was sat around 9pm quick and easy. Got our drink orders in, a coke and a water. Waited almost 15 mins for the coke and 20 mins for the water (which is weird the water took longer) put our food order in when we got the first drink just three apps (Spin dip, steak bites, and bread) took almost 35 mins for us to get them and the steak bites were inedible, tough and chewy like gum. Pita pread was lukewarm. The only things that were good was the spin dip itself and the loaf of bread. We were going to get mains but after almost a half hour of not seeing our server or getting our apps we didnt want to wait around for another half hour to an hour. Dunno if its because there was newer staff because we both work in the industry and understand things happen. But ive never been to a place where we have waited 20 mins for a glass if water. The server we had (was not told his name) did discount us so that recovery made us happy so thats why its not 1*, but we ended up going elsewhere for dinner because as much as we enjoy eachothers company waiting around for subpar food felt like a waste of time and money that could have been spent elsewhere

Made a reservation 1 week in advance of my event for 10 people. When I arrived I was advised that our table was on the patio. I had not requested to be on the patio. No sooner do we sit it starts to rain. They could only accommodate our group inside in a few booths. So we were not able to socialize with the other table. This is just poor planning. If you can't accommodate a reservation inside the restaurant don't take the reservation.

Usually pretty fast service but the last time it took 10 minutes to get a beer. Ordered the food told them we were going to the knights game so we can get there on time. But great otherwise.

I am a big fan of Crabby’s. My husband and I eat at this establishment often. Went in and the waitress didn’t seem to want to seat us anywhere and didn’t seem to care. Very disappointed in the way the waitress acted. Needless to say we walked out. Never been treated like that before. Usually staff are awesome and accommodating.

Food was great, but service was horrible, not once was asked how the meal was, felt rushed to leave. Also the way the waitresses are dressed is absolutely innapropriate, skirt was so short you could literally see her underneath, and shirt so low it was barely holding her in, id understand at night when its more adults drinking there for the tip aspect in this economy, not during the day when people bring their kids to dine. I would NEVER bring my kids here.
10/10! Food was delicious and fast. Our server Ray was super helpful and friendly. She made our experience great! We will most definitely be coming back!

Initially I thought the service was terrible. I couldn't get the wait staff's attention....then I realized I was sitting on the patio in March...it was like 5 degrees. I moved inside and immediately the staff came over, I had a great meal and drink! Would recommend but don't sit on the patio in March...too cold...

I came to London on a trip with family searched up food this place came up I can’t be more happy that we ended up going there we had a server named Brandy and she was the best of the best extremely friendly and was great with our children just a amazing personality highly recommend asking for her when visiting this place best service I’ve ever experienced 10/10
