The atmosphere was decorated with Halloween which was nice to see. The area where we ate was clean. Our server was wonderful and helpful. So good job and the food was good as usual. I shall return.

Took 25 minutes to get anyone to stop and even acknowledge we were there. She wasn't even the server for our area, but since all the other servers walked around us she ended up being the one to help. Granted it was busy in there, but people seated after us were given menus and had their food and drinks long before we did. Food was good, but the experience of dining at that particular crabby joes is not one we enjoyed. Last time we will eat at that particular location.

Won't be coming back, me and my mom went there and had to send all of our food back, she ordered a Buffalo chicken quesadilla and she said it tasted VERY sweet, the waitress that's how it's supposed to taste... ummm no it's not it's Buffalo chicken!! And I ordered the clubhouse with no bacon and there was no mayo on it and again the waitress said its supposed to come on the side..why would you make your customers take apart their sandwiches to put their own mayo on it?? Terrible experience!! We just ended up leaving

Slow service and I bit into a black plastic stick of somesort in my Philly Cheese, looked like one of the things they stick into the steak. Was asked if I wanted it remade, had plans after dinner that starts at 830 and I didn't have the time to wait for another. Manager gave me $9 off.

Me and my buddy had come to watch Jays on Friday. Place was packed no spot on bar went to dining we never do. Glad we did. Our server was hands down some of the best service we have had year in a long time. Ember was great! She constantly reassured us on our food and drinks and was super friendly and great personality. I think we wouldn’t have had such an enjoyable time in the dining at some small table if it wasn’t for the service. Well be back for leafs no doubt
This is by far my favorite restaurant in the city for late night excursions! Delicious food, top tier service, and a delightfully clean yet casual atmosphere. This place is sure to turn a night out into a night to remember, whether you're on a date, out with the boys, or dining alone or with family.

Nachos are nachos except this time. They weren't just dry tortilla chips. I'm wondering if they were made in-house because they were crispy, crunchy airy and not store bought salty. The toppings were plentiful-chicken, jalapenos, tomato, green onion razzle dazzle and alot of sour cream, salsa and guacamole. My expectations were middle of the road, nothing special, something to eat that is gluten free and I ended being impressed.

We frequent Crabby Joe’s quite often and have enjoyed many great experiences over the years. Unfortunately, tonight’s visit left us disappointed. While the food was quite good, which we appreciated, the service was below expectations and additional charges on our bill felt unnecessary.
I was charged for every refill of soda water, totaling almost $12. A simple mention from the server that refills are not complimentary (especially for carbonated water) would have avoided this. Instead, the manager supported the decision to apply the charges, which I believe reflects poorly on management. The restaurant may have collected an extra $8 tonight, but has lost returning guests in the process.
It also took quite a while to receive our food (a kids’ burger and fish & chips), but we are patient individuals and enjoyed our conversation while we waited. Oddly, my drink (soda water) took nearly as long as the meals to arrive. I requested lemon but was given a lime every time. Condiments were delayed, and a side of vegetables for my son never arrived until I mentioned it after we had already finished eating, at which point the server went back to place the order. Unfortunately I didn't have an opportunity while we ate to bring this up, as our server didn't return until we were almost finished.
Tonight's dining experience was simply unenjoyable and overly & unnecessarily expensive. We do genuinely enjoy the food at Crabby Joe’s, but the service we received tonight combined with a lack of customer consideration has left us feeling undervalued and unappreciated. While the restaurant gained a few extra dollars tonight, they have lost out on their regular guests returning.
