Went there sept 4 at 7pm sat on the patio two waitresses walked by me a few times not even acknowledging that I was even there poor poor service went to Chucks i was severed right away on there patio

Was really busy because of labor day and the service was a little slow but that’s understandable for a very busy night. The server apologized for the wait many times and was very nice. We go to this location every time and always have a really nice experience ?
Never again went there for my birthday last night and when we ordered my sons kids meal the spaghetti for him it says on the kids menu choose drink choose food choose side well apparently spaghetti doesn't come with a side and root beer is extra wtf seriously then charged us $3.98 for a can lol you can't be serious charging $4 for a can of pop $2 I can see but that's just outrageous!!! No where on the kids menu did it state that because its in a can you it's not included in his kids meal it says "pop" as an option that's just ridiculous. So basically our 3 pops were over $12 (2 cans and a fountain drink) the waitress was nice she did her job brought us our food but then when it came to bringing our son his ice cream dessert she forgot I understand things are busy but we waited almost 10min then my boyfriend had to go ask the ice cream dessert wasn't even worth the 10min wait because it looked like 2 little table spoons of vanilla ice cream when my son asked if he could have caramel on it she said they could but it would be extra charge which is fine but with 2 little scoops of ice cream it would of probably been 2 little drops of caramel I'm curious to see how much that would of been lol we did get it obviously Please don't ask for my receipt to be emailed I left it on the table I was so pissed
I don't normally leave bad reviews. Took my family out to eat lastnight for my dad's birthday there meals were ok. I got the steak asked for medium it was well done and burnt. Know I'm at work atm in the bathroom sick. I had hair in my food before, all and all don't recommend this ones location at all.

Had fish and chips. Within an hour my stomach and guts hurt so bad. Next day left work early from having massive Stomach issues and always in the bathroom. Obviously quality control is not top priority here fish was obviously spoiled. Don’t eat the fish here
