Who doesn’t know Crabby Joe’s? They seem to be in almost every city, but I decided to give the London location a try — and I’m really glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, the hostess was warm and welcoming. I went with a friend, and we started off with chicken wings and a chicken quesadilla, along with a few other dishes I can’t quite recall because everything was so enjoyable. Later, I ordered the New York Steak. I asked for medium rare, and that’s exactly how it was served — perfectly cooked. The quality of the steak was excellent, and at around $25, it was a great value for the portion and flavor.
The service was another highlight. The servers, bartenders, and even the manager (I believe his name was Nate) worked together seamlessly to keep the restaurant running smoothly, even though it was very busy. Their attentiveness made the experience even better.
For those who haven’t been, Crabby Joe’s has a layout that suits everyone: one side is family-oriented, while the other is more of a lively bar area where sports fans and locals gather. No matter which side you choose, you’ll leave satisfied.
This is easily one of the best Crabby Joe’s locations I’ve visited, and I highly recommend supporting this local business. I’ll definitely be back!

Its always a great visit ,staff is super friendly, all seem pretty knowledgeable on food and drink served and atmosphere is great but can be a little loud on certain game days lol, which I dint mind cause im a hockey fan but others might not. And parking never as issue,and the food is excellent, after 9pm half price appetizers,like today Tuesday, wing day 1lb wing ,or boneless with fries 10.99 awesome price ,other dinners specials thru out week at same fantastic prices

Our server Paige (22) was great. Answered questions my wife had. She was attentive but not overly. She was very polite. Food was very good, fries were hot, wish not frozen ones, should be fresh. Meat was well cooked and seasoned well.

I recently visited Crabby Grill Bar and was extremely disappointed by the level of customer service. From the moment I arrived, it felt like the staff — particularly one male server — was giving noticeably better treatment to certain customers while completely neglecting others. While I understand that busy times can slow service, the difference in attention and attitude between how we were treated and how other (especially white) guests were treated was hard to ignore.
We waited far longer for basic service — even just being acknowledged — while others were greeted warmly, served promptly, and checked on frequently. It left us feeling like second-class customers in the same establishment.
