Full transparency I am writing a review as part of an instagram giveaway but will be honest nonetheless.My ONLY downside is the price (i am a student, i feel if i were working full time the price wouldn’t be as bothersome for me as its a CHOICE to purchase or not!) but i do believe the items are cared for and made to perfection based on customers demands.The cashier herself was amazing and informative, i only have good things to say and remember the transaction well. She mentioned the credit card charge so no hidden fees were there. She was able to give me the prices on the spot and help me with my decision, i also did not feel obligated in anyway to purchase from this business after discussing prices i just loved the atmosphere and attitude from the store.As for my order, I came in around the fall of 2023 to pre order cake pops for an engagement party i was throwing. I ordered 12 and i think the price on debit came up to $60 BUT i was able to request a design to match the party theme and schedule it for a pick up the day to keep them fresh. Pickup was smooth and quick the cake pops looked amazing very clean and professional looking. The taste was also rich and not extremely sweet (we ordered chocolate) im not a fan of burning sweet desserts. The chocolate cake with the white chocolate coating was amazing and a hit at the party! I do wish there was a sort of option to have the cake pops put into a stand of some sorts, luckily im creative and came up with something quick for cheap (again i am a student so the budget wasn’t large and i was not interested in buying a cake pop stand to keep permanently)Overall i have no reason not to come back besides budgeting, in fact i constantly think of ordering from this store front or treating myself when the right time comes haha, the other menu items looked amazing and i can tell lots of work is put into them!One more note, i did see a cake made by this business a few days ago for a birthday party. It was a beautiful heart shaped cake, black frosting was perfect too. Truly the baker is a perfectionist!IG: @jessaamine

This was probably the prettiest dessert shop I’ve ever been in! I visited about 3 weeks ago and had the chance to try their delicious almond croissant it was absolutely drool worthy! I also picked up a macaron and a slice of cake . The macaron was perfect in every way ! I will no doubt order only from this place for any future occasion that requires a cake and dessert. Her cakes are sooo beautiful and perfectly decorated. Give it a try if you’re in the area! You won’t regret it :)

Cup a Cake in London, Ontario is where the dessert magic happens! Seriously, their macarons are like a flavour explosion, and the confetti cupcakes are pure happiness in a bite. Trust me, they're the kings of sweetness in town. If you want your taste buds to do a happy dance, this is the spot. No kidding, it's dessert paradise!

I wasn’t sure what to order and the beautiful girl Yara recommended me the peanut butter cake and was a super yummy cake ever ? the store is clean and cozy and I was sad because I forgot to take a picture with the beautiful wall that day but for sure and absolutely will go again and again and will ask Yara each time to recommend me something different. Delicious cakes! We made a custom order of an 8 inch cake for our event. Cup a Cake took care of the topper and everything that was needed to achieve the look we were going for. The cake itself was vanilla with chocolate mousse - highly recommend getting a mousse filling - great texture and flavour. The storefront is adorable and I hope to come back soon to try the cake cups.

I recently went to cup a cake bakery because it was in my area and purchased two cupcakes. A salesperson told me that the cupcakes were quite big but they were not out in the display case. She went to the back and came out with this small box and said that they were cold and I should leave them out at room temp when I got home, which I did for over an hour. I was shocked at the size because they were literally a three bite cupcake. The price was outrageous for that size. With tax I paid over $17 for the two of them. When my husband and I sat down to eat them, mine was not fully cooked in the center, he said his was just okay. The buttercream icing was like a lump and not soft so I didn't eat the icing. We usually get our special treats and cakes from La Cakery so money isn't an issue. However, after reading other reviews, this woman said that she was grateful to be able to purchase the smaller cupcakes at $4.50 each instead of $8.50 for the larger cupcakes. These were definitely not large cupcakes. Even if I would have been charged the proper price, the quality just was not there. Perhaps this was a one-off but I'm not interested in trying your place again and will stick to my regular Bakery.

I wanted to surprise my daughter with a bouquet of cupcakes for her special birthday. Since I am not from the area, I did a search and fell in love with the gorgeous cupcakes from CupACake. Due to my very late order request, Subrina was fully booked (not surprised) and not able to fulfill my initial order. Not satisfied with what I saw with the other sites I called Subrina back to see if she could modify my order. She was so wonderful and made amazing suggestions to accommodate my order with her time constraints.She was kind enough to send me a pic of the order. I could not believe that she went above and beyond my expectations.My daughter and her friends loved the cupcakes. They said not only were they “so beautiful” but the cupcakes were so moist and absolutely delicious.Thank you Subrina for being so accommodating and fitting me in. You are such a pleasure to work with.

The cupcakes design, taste, ambience everything is extremely well. You can sense they are Freshly baked. It's a small store but no other store can match.The store manager Yara is super friendly, helped us to get nice family picture at the ambience. We loved the experience.
