Really disappointing experience. My kids really wanted to go and they’d been to the Wellington location before but not with me. We decided to go out for lunch.

The restaurant was supposed to be open at 1 — we stood outside until 1:15 waiting to see if anyone was there. On its own, this wouldn’t have been a big deal. Things happen.

A few minutes after we ordered, the server came back to tell us they didn’t have part of one of the meals and subbed in a different sauce. Again — not the biggest deal.

When our food arrived, my kids got their meals and a friend of mine got theirs, but my partner and I were never brought any food. About twenty minutes after the others had started eating and were finishing up, I told the server to just cancel it because we didn’t want to start eating while my two young kids were finishing up.

Just a really disappointing experience all around and not likely somewhere I’ll be returning.

They were 15 minutes late to open. Waiter was rude. Brought half of our food before the other half was even ready. Was out of some of the product for the only food we did get, and little to no apology when we complained. To top it off no one bothered to bring us ketchup so we grabbed it off the counter and then it was empty. Prices are also way too high. Nothing but a trendy place looking to make a fast buck on mediocre at best menu options.

Lotus Milk Cake was out of this world. Id go back for that alone... like tomorrow. With that said, waited a while to order and for the bill. Also, fix the vestibule door so it closes... it was quite chilly when people came and went.

Visited today. Very disappointed. Manager was very rude and way of contact was not accurate full of attitude. They themselves not trained properly well. They added their tip by itself. I never check receipts but when I check I was disappointed by that charge. Visited so many places but never had such experience. It’s just the hype nothing worth it.

I’ve had a Google account for years, but I have never felt the need to leave a review, but unfortunately, my experience was so bad here that I feel obligated to share it so that nobody else has to go through it.

It took us 30 minutes to get our order which was 1 Milkshake (Flakey Flakey). There were only 3 others customers in the store.

It cost almost $15, and the quantity/quality did not match the premium cost. It was tasted pastey, and chunky, not smooth. The size was comparable to a small/medium Iced Capp.

I am a huge fan of supporting local businesses which is why I don’t like leaving bad reviews but, hopefully, this feedback helps create accountability and better service for the products consumers are spending their hard earned money on.

Very impressed with the service. The place was full, but the employees were still friendly and efficient. They managed the busy rush and got our food out without much delay. Big shoutout to the hardworking team for making our visit enjoyable.

This restaurant has a tonne of fake reviews. I wasn't going to post mine, but if you take a look at the ones that preceed mine (sort by newest) these reviews are nearly identical, all 5 stars, from accounts with only one review or no other local reviews... They are fake reviews. So out of principal, I felt it necessary to share a real review.

I can only speak for the customer service we experienced at this restaurant as I did not stick around for the drink I ordered (a hot tea).

Our table of three ordered drinks and food, I just ordered a tea as I had to leave part way through. An hour passes, no one checked in to see how we are doing - e.g. give an update on our drinks, food or bring water to the table.

After an hour and 15 minutes after ordering, I get up and check to see what the status is for our table. The waiter had one tea made in their hand, that they were planning to take to our table, and the other tea and drink were not made yet.

At that point I had to leave and I was parched. I asked to cancel my order. On the way out, I spoke with two other customers that had an equally disappointing experience, even laughed as it was just so bad, and agreed to never return.

Absolutely loved this place! The flavors were rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The presentation was beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Such a cozy spot to satisfy your sweet cravings. Definitely coming back for more.

Even though the place was packed when we arrived, the team handled everything with such professionalism and positivity. The energy was high, but they stayed organized and attentive the entire time. Our food was served hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered without a long wait. It’s impressive to see such dedication during peak hours. Truly appreciate the effort — looking forward to visiting again!

Had a great visit! The store was extremely busy, but the staff handled the rush like pros. Everyone was working hard and staying positive. Even with so many orders, they managed to get our food out on time and everything tasted fresh. Really appreciate the effort from the whole team.

We visited during a very busy time, but the staff still delivered excellent service. You could really see how hardworking and dedicated everyone was. Despite the rush, our food came out fresh and right on time. Huge respect to the team for handling everything so smoothly. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
