Ordered a peppermint bark blizzard as a person with a gluten allergy, confirmed that peppermint bark does not contain gluten ingredients. Blizzard was made and when it was handed to me was reconfirmed to be a peppermint bark blizzard. Took a bite and there was sugar cookie in it. Staff here needs to be properly trained on giving people the right orders.

the customer service here has gone downhill significantly. my friend and i were being rushed by the guy at the register while trying to decide what we wanted. since we weren’t sure yet, we did not even get close to the counter to order. once we decided i asked if i could use a coupon in the app and the employee rudely said “yes, what do you want” in a quiet, mumbly and short tone. we asked for one of our blizzards to be made with chocolate soft serve and he refused saying it would be “too runny.” this is not the first time we have ordered chocolate ice cream in a blizzard so being denying was very confusing and frustrating. we then changed our order due to not being able to get chocolate and before i went to pay i noticed one of the blizzards was entered into the system incorrectly. i mentioned it and apologized asking if he could change it and he gave me attitude saying it was not what we ordered. he was extremely rude and impatient the entire interaction

I came to pick my son’ birthday cake but it was not ready they forgot to do it i spent one hour to know whats going up at the end they let me wait till they make new one and the kids are waiting for the cake 😭😭. The staff has very bad attitude and they wanted to call 911 as they said I yelled on them

I enjoyed a strawberry banana blizzard at the Stratford location two days ago. It was so good. I decided to try it again while I was in London. The experience was nothing like the first one. It wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup by about half an inch. The amount of fruit was about half of what I had the other day and the temperature was not adequate for ice cream. It had turned to liquid within three minutes of the time I got to my car Definitely not what you expect from a blizzard.

Went in there on 18 april around 9 pm. There were two tills working. I was the last person on one of the till and the guy with ‘i flip for..’ T shirt just ignored me when it was my turn. He proceeded to take orders from other people when i moved away. So racist and I could see it in his face that he didnt wanna work there. I know all im gonna get back is ‘sorry you sidnt have a good time. Please fill out any queries on a link’ and its so not worth it

Really bad service the table and everything is so messy and dirty, didn’t see any standard as a chain fast food restaurant. Their preparation table is so dirty. The food was solid tho.

Terribly slow I waited thirty minutes with only two people ahead of me, the guy serving me was extremely rude, and by the time my girlfriend got her ice cream I was already finished mine. Terrible to see what this place has become especially because I have been coming here since I was kid. Would never go back.
