I only went in to pick up a Reese's ice cream cake. The cake itself was delicious. It would have been better had there been a chocolate-peanut butter filling in the center

Love this Dairy Queen and I’m not one to write bad reviews:(( buttt while eating my strawberry Sunday I found something brown which seems to be piece of hard chocolate I called and asked and no one really seemed to care but I mean come on it’s a Sunday with no chocolate in it at all I told them I had a peanut allergy and asked if there was peanut butter in the chocolate again no one even seemed to care I understand things happen I wasn’t even calling to blame them I was genuinely calling to ask to make sure it was something I could eat and hopefully not something that wasn’t food I feel like I could’ve got more help with that as it is there mistake sad first bad review on somewhere I love👍

My husband placed our order through the Dairy Queen app for delivery, specifically as a treat for ourselves. He ordered a large blizzard and I ordered a MEDIUM MINT OREO blizzard, with other food. The ordered arrived with his large blizzard and a MINI Oreo blizzard, not a medium or mint.

When he called they said we can come in to pickup a medium any time….. 🤯we paid delivery fees why would I have to travel to your location to correct your mistake.

And refund is not an option they say. Really disappointing! Nothing like looking forward to your ice cream just to be let down. Fortunately for me I own a vehicle and am an able bodied person, but what if I was someone unable to physically get myself to your location? Because people with disabilities do exist in this world in case you weren’t aware! Shame.

PS the onion rings were also cold already when they arrived.

I have had only had 3 visits to this location, and all 3 have been negative. All 3 of my visits took place over a span of over a year (VERY spaced out and infrequent) and all 3 of my visits have involved the same young man who works there. I always order the same thing - a kids size vanilla soft serve in a cup with lots of sprinkles. I am always happy to pay for my request of extra sprinkles.
First visit: barely any sprinkles. I ask him to please put more - I said that I like a lot of sprinkles. He adds a touch more. I ask him to please add more sprinkles. He says sorry, I can’t give you any more. I was not given the option to pay more at my first visit. I was simply refused the requested service.
Second visit: same young man at the drive through window this time. Same order. I send back my order twice requesting more sprinkles. He comes to the window and asks me to pay another $2ish, I do. I get my sprinkles.
Third (and final) visit: I check my receipt and see that, on top of the $5.29 I have paid for my soft serve, this same young man has decided to charge me $4.80 for about 1 tablespoon of sprinkles. I demand a refund of $3.00, which was given to me, but not until this same young man told me “I charged you the same as last time”. (He remembered me from MONTHS ago somehow). I told him that last time he charged me about $2.00 for sprinkles. He insisted that he charged me $4.80. How he remembers this, I have no idea. I guess all I have to say about that is he’s lucky I didn’t notice that time because if I had then I would have demanded a refund then as well.
I will never be back to this location, and I caution you against patronizing a restaurant with such lack of integrity that they would insist on continuing to try to rip off their customers in such a brazen way.

The reason why I'm giving it a two-star review is because I was there the other day I found a cell phone with credit cards in the back of the phone I gave it to one of the workers and apparently belonged to one of the workers. Apparently they forgot their manners I got No thank you. No nothing. And then I was about to leave. Asked for a lid for my blizzard they handed it to me. I said thank you. I got nothing. The manners in that place is unbelievable
