Worst experience ever at the Wellington road store. I purchased a cake on line and wasn’t happy about so I wanted some explanation on the phone. Manager very rude on the phone. She didn’t answer my questions she was keep telling me we don’t do this, we don’t do that, when I asked for her name she hung up on me. I will never by anything from DQ.

Icecream cake is the only way to eat cake. I worked at this location many years ago, a few great changes inside! Only suggestion is i asked for a simple pic on the cake, a banana, I would have done it myself but the front desk only does writing. I would have done it when I worked there. Otherwise glad I went

Staff went above and beyond to keep my order up to standard while UberEats failed to pick the order up for over 30 minutes and even tried to blame the restaurant for the wait. I can’t say how much I appreciate the thought they put into my order tonight!

Bought 2 slushis and one blizzard asked for a tray as I'm driving no passanger, she put thr blizzard with no lid, the tray does not support even the blizzard, I can go to tim hortons and have 2 ice caps and 2 coffees in a tray and they do not spill period.
Now my seats are died red, ice cream went ever where all over me and my car. And now it's all stained
Manager called said they have been told about this before and they are sorry well sorry doesn't cut it its now it's me that has to pay 120 for a car detail said she talk to higher up about my concerns doubt it but we will see tommorow managers name is dolly

I was served raw chicken and when I took it back in the manager swore up and down that they did not have to check the internal temperature of their product. Personally that is absolutely disgusting

I recently visited Dairy Queen and was thoroughly impressed with both the service and quality. The manager and staff as well were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was perfect. The ice cream was delicious, as always, and the selection of treats was fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it’s clear that this Dairy Queen values customers. This Dairy Queen has serious issues including severe back talk from staff when all I wanted was my blizzard. The shift manager did apologize, however that behaviour was hostile and impressionable. Alongside this, my blizzard had too much liquid peanut butter. So that shows that food preparation is not their main priority but merely getting paid. Do better.
