I have been to this location between 10 and 15 times since they’ve opened and I have never had a bad thing to say about my orders, the wait times, or the staff. The staff at this location are extremely polite and personable. The portion sizes for their ice cream are always great and it’s clear the staff do their best to manage their customers in a timely matter.

On August 16th I made an order through uber eats. Unfortunately there was an issue. I called the store and they were super apologetic and went above and beyond to help us get our order fixed. It's great to see good customer service!
