I just want to give a huge thank you to the manager at this location...or maybe he's the owner. I chose the wrong cakes for my daughters birthday this evening and we came back to exchange he was so amazing. Wonderful customer service and we appreciated it so much! Thank you for your kind heart <3
My mom went in to get me an ice cream cake for my birthday and came home with 2 blizzard pizzas instead that were not what I was wanting. Upset we went back in to see if we could get a cake instead and was told the pizzas wouldn’t be able to get sold again for health reasons but the employee told us to grab the cake I wanted and he swapped out the 2 pizzas for the cake for us with no extra charge. Great experience! Thank you Dairy Queen for making a birthday gal happy!
You only get threw a little bit oc a dilly bar before it falls off the stick. I mentioned this to the clerk and all they could say is yeah we heard that wow maybe you should fix the problem. So I decided to try the ice cream sandwiches they are no better barly covers half the cookie what a waste. No more going to your store will travel to highbury to see if any different
