I was craving a banana split today. I almost went to my usual location where they've cut back the toppings, but not the price. Since I was going to be in the area, I decided to wait. So glad I did. This was the banana split you would have gotten years ago. Generous toppings with friendly, attentive service. I have a new go-to location for Dairy Queen treats.

Pretty disappointed but im used to be let down these days. I live down the street go to DQ almost all the time. This time i went to get my daughters cake and of course I want it to be perfect so I ask them to get the person with the best penmanship to do her cake.. I get the cake for just for it to look like horrible😒 The colors did NOT match, the writing was NOT centered and the amount of effort put into it was very little and it showed. It's not my problem you dont like your job , its not my fault you're in your late 30's working with a bunch of teens... my daughters bday was already crap because nobody showed up. She may not remember that but I will and I'll definitely remember how I was treated

Absolutely the best DQ in London. This place always makes the best product compared to other locations. I am loyal to this location based on how good the service is as well as how amazing they make their products. They load it up with your chosen chocolate/fruits to the perfect amount and that is why whenever I want ice cream I go there!
Best DQ location easy, especially after experiencing another London location earlier this week. Will make sure to always hit this one when I can!

If I could give more stars I would. This Dairy Queen is the best in London. Super polite staff. I would highly recommended this Dairy Queen if you’re looking for a treat. I go to this Dairy Queen quite often and the ice cream and portion sizes are always amazing. This environment is always positive, with a smiling staff. I’ve never been disappointed in my experience there, and will always support them!!

This happened today. The staff were extremely unprofessional they were openly laughing at a transgender customer, and after she left, they continued making disgusting jokes about her. This kind of behavior is hateful and unacceptable. If you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community, avoid this place.
If no action is taken, I will post the voice recording I have of them talking badly about a customer. This needs to be addressed.

Their blizzards are melted half the time. Maybe get a new ice cream machine if you're going to keep using that excuse. Also, they really don't treat their customers well. Especially their floor manager. If you have any issues, don't bother even trying. They will just argue with you. The customer is never right. They do not care about you or your business. McDonalds next door has really good McFlurry's. I would recommend just going there.
