Their blizzards are melted half the time. Maybe get a new ice cream machine if you're going to keep using that excuse. Also, they really don't treat their customers well. Especially their floor manager. If you have any issues, don't bother even trying. They will just argue with you. The customer is never right. They do not care about you or your business. McDonalds next door has really good McFlurry's. I would recommend just going there.

Usually I love dairy queen slushies (and slushies in general), but today my friend and I got the WORST slushy we have ever had, anywhere. It was FAR too syrupy and sweet, like 5x as sweet as it should have been, almost like thick and vicious?? It was horrible and basically inedible. It felt like drinking cold/iced cough syrup sans the bitterness. And it didn't even seem to be blended properly like it was white-ish and streaky and separated idk what went wrong but it almost never want to drink a slushy again. I regret not turning around and returning it and that is something I've never done before. Definitely not worth $4 i wouldn't have taken it for free!! I don't understand how a slushy can be this bad!!

I have only purchased through the drive thru, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but I assume the inside is nice, based on the employees. These young adults are always super fast, accurate, and friendly. More often than not I have my dog with me and they’re so kind to her, despite the drool! If I have a craving for DQ, I will go out of my way to go to this location over any of the others in London.

This is the second time I’ve ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday from here and both times the cake hasn’t been as I’ve asked. This time the boarder wasn’t even the right colour, the icing on the top wasn’t anywhere close to what I requested and both cakes were “decorated” by the same lady. For the price of the cakes you should be getting what you’ve asked for and not have to go into the store 2+ times for it to be done correctly. Will not be coming back to this location.

It’s 9:50 pm and they’ve locked their doors already. I jogged over here for a dessert. PSA don’t bother coming here if you’re going anytime close to their closing time unless you have a car. The drive thru is open till 10:30 but they won’t serve you walking up to the counter
