The place is very hot, and the guy in the store loves the heat; he doesn't use the air conditioning. It's terrible to sit in this store. It's a shame.

Ordered a Chocolate Brownie Blizzard at dqThe staff member wasn’t wearing gloves — very unhygienic. He didn’t do the usual upside-down check and handed me a melted mess. When I pointed it out, he refused to replace it and was completely unhelpful. Really disappointing experience.

Visited this Dairy Queen (Treat) on Sunday, April 13th at 10:45 PM and had the most horrible experience. I was just waiting patiently for the order which was already late I didn’t even say anything or complain. But shockingly, the guy working there started being extremely rude for no reason and used abusive language, even called me very inappropriate words.
I never expected such disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from a Dairy Queen franchise. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never visit this location again and I won’t recommend any of my friends or anyone else to go there either. Stay away from this place!

Went a few days ago - I go once a week and spend a considerable amount of money and time there after my kids come out of their class. I asked for a Banana Split and other things for my children and other children that were also with us to be dropped home - the cashier looked at me with disdain, no smile, no thank you, no anything....just a look of disdain - I don't know what or why - she then made the Banana Split by slopping everything together....I had to remove two ice chips that were from the pineapple sitting on the TOP of the ice cream - the bananas weren't even inside of the container....it looked like actual slop. That was not the first time this has happened, but this time I felt like I did something wrong for ordering a Banana Split. I'm done......hire people who want to do the job with some pride..... This passive-aggressive customer service is too much for me.

Apparently the message back is just lip service. Just a PR move to appear to save face but this company has no concept of customer service. They asked me to reach out to them after my review. I did so and they claimed the franchise owner would be in touch. They weren’t lol. Terrible customer service

I love getting treats from this location, and I always find new favourites here! They always make the blizzards with what I feel is a quality amount of ingredients and they don’t cheap out like other locations I’ve been to. The service is quick and friendly and things like floor and bathroom are kept clean. Highly recommend you visit this location for a sweet treat. This time I tried the French silk pie and loved it. 10/10
Parking: Sometimes parking is tricky when the lot is more full from Starbucks but otherwise lots of space to maneuver.
