I visited the location in Masionville Mall in London Ontario, Canada around 8:35pm-8:40pm.
I do realize this is close to closing but I too work in Masionville Mall and have my own closing duties but this was the only opportunity I had to run down from my location in the mall, I was also wearing my company’s name tag.
During my visit your staff was quite snappish and rude, the one mainly glared at me while the other took my order and after making the two medium blizzards I ordered, an Oreo and Reeses pieces and cookie dough blizzards, did the flip test the proceeded to slam them on the counter and snap “there you go” before walking off, I did then go could I get a tray and she all but rolled her eyes and said “sure” before getting me one and handed it to me.
The other problem was both blizzards smelled or rancid milk and also tasted like rancid milk, leading my coworker and I to believe either the machines are not being cleaned properly or product had gone bad, my stomach was severely upset after only eating part of my blizzard not even half of it and it was all I could taste for the remainder of the night.
On another note the bogo coupon is also not very clear on how it works as it looks like it reads that you get two blizzards for the price of, if memory serves me right, $2.49 or $2.94 not buy one an buy a second for $2.49 or $2.94.
I just wanted to bring these issues to your attention.

I have been to this location twice between 8:30pm and the posted closing time of 9pm. Both times I tried to order something and was rudely denied. The customer expectation is that you should be able to get service and product if the location is open. This appears to be an ongoing issue with this location with no apparent solution.

Came to buy ice cream for my son. I stood at the counter waiting for about a minute as both people working continued to just talk to each other and ignore me. Needless to say, I walked away and went somewhere else. Maybe instead of ignoring your customers and having a conversation, you guys should be doing your jobs. You have a break time to talk to each other.

The workers here need more training (specifically the worker working a shift on June 19th at 3:40pm). I came in to redeem a birthday coupon I got and the worker told me to give her the coupon code, as she couldn’t scan the code. However, once I opened up the code a 15 minute timer started and the worker told me this code is invalid. The worker told me to go to a different Dairy Queen, but I explained that I didn’t have time because the timer already started. She wasn’t apologetic and just stared at me. I’m disappointed in this service.

I had a terrible experience at Dairy Queen recently. Despite being near closing time, I asked the staff to get a cake from the fridge right behind them, and they flat out refused. How can they deny a sale just because it's close to closing? It's ridiculous and unacceptable. I expected better customer service from a well-known chain like Dairy Queen. They need to prioritize customer satisfaction over lazyness.

DQ is my spot for soft-serve ice cream.First time trying their Caramel Chocolate Brownie. It’s definitely a sugar overload, but worth it.

I was ordering for my kids the cashier had no customer service with rude attitude and the girl who was making the order was even worst than the cashier and give us the dirtiest look when my daughter changed her order. This whole team needs to be trained for better behaviour including the manager. Not to forget they forgot to give us one of the ice cream (cone covered with chocolate) that we ordered, then she asked are you waiting for something? I said yes we are missing one cone! Everything we ordered was horrible, we will never come back here. October 28th Saturday at around 5pm-6pm
