Went to purchase a cake and the coupons within the app don’t work!
Talk about “bait and switch”!
And Yes, I had my location Services on and my cell services are on too.
Dairy Queen App is buggy.
It said I couldn’t redeem the coupon - on all coupons!
And I was standing within the actual restaurant.
Showed employee the bug that I couldn’t redeem a $5 savings on the cake and still couldn’t get a discount. :(
I have been going to this location for over 30+ years for our ice cream birthday cakes. I went on March 20th to get my hubby an ice cream cake for his birthday. we had it on Sunday. I cut the pieces for everyone and served it to the family. we all noticed the chocolate part was sour and no one are anymore. so on Monday I took the cake to the location and told them it was sour. the girl said well it just gave not been that had most if your cake is gone. A 70th birthday is so very special. My family ordered a specail gluten free(without cookie crumble)but still asked for chocolate cream in the middle ice cream cake.
This was not done. No chocolate cream in the middle.
My mothers name was spelled incorectly and the icing decorations were messy and it looked terrible.
It was devastating, disapointing and hurtful.
The cake is the centerpiece of the whole party!!!
