Absolutely fantastic experience ordering uber eats from this location! They went out of their way to make our sweet treats perfect! They even wrote a sweet thank you note on the bag! Thank you so much 🫶🏻

Saturday June 7 at 11:20am. Went to get ice cream with my 1 year old son and we were deciding what flavour we wanted. The man working asked what we wanted, I told him that we just needed a minute to decide. He then stated yelling that he has cakes that need to be finished and we need to order right now because he does not have time to serve us. Very rude and aggressive behaviour. We will never be back.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m pretty disappointed, this is the second time I’ve picked up a bizzard after work and got none of the “toppings” it’s almost as if there were only crumbs left no big chunks no cookies in the Oreo bizzard and no Reese’s in the Reese’s bizzard (serviced by two different people). Im not sure if this is a company change or if the staff is trained to do this but I’m honestly just disappointed.

After a hard day of work getting a small treat every once in a while is nice but not when it feels like I’ve wasted the money I’ve just made.

Rhys is a great worker; he gave me and my girlfriend great service and quicker made our blizzards, would definitely come again!

Very poor service. There were 2 staff when i went. There both of them were least bothered of customer waiting and didnt even care to ask what i need.

Shout out to the staff at this location. They're all polite and friendly. I work at the mall and sometimes get water from them. Keep up the good work. Thank you all!

I bought a Blizzard today, and the service was outstanding! The guy making the ice cream was incredibly friendly, and the lady at the counter was just as welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service!

Got my daughter the Oreo ice cream cake it was delicious, the girl whom made the cake was fantastic

Stood at counter for 10 minutes and no one came to see if I wanted to order. Call to the back loudly and still no one. So I took my business elsewhere..

Excellent service at this mall location. The manager is very present and friendly and the staff are personable and efficient. And the watermelon lemonade sparkler was delicious!

Terrible peanut buster parfait 5 peanuts almost no chocolate sauce, completely ripped off absolute joke

Staff willingly sold less product than the amount advertised for the price and did not disclose it. This is illegal. Staff ran out of lids for the 24oz plastic cups and instead put my large moolatte in a 21oz drink cup without saying anything or offering a discount. Only after being asked about it did they offer a refund for the 21oz drink provided I threw it out. Staff member I spoke to was surley when I brought up the issue saying that since they ran out of lids they could not make a 24oz drink but sold it anyway. Incredibly dishonest behavior from staff members that could have avoided the issue by being honest about the situation but chose not to.
