I’d give it five stars except this is a food court and they have the debit machine set up to ask for tips. It’s a walk up counter. What’s the tip for? At a restaurant I usually tip 25% sometimes more but at a fast food place like Dairy Queen or McDonald’s or Burger King or any of those places I feel the tip option on the debit machine is a cheap money grab and I find it offensive that you even make me select no. It makes me feel bad and ruins my experience of shopping at your food stand. It makes me feel peer pressured to leave a tip for a service that doesn’t deserve one. Have your manager remove that option from your machine.

Darren (one of the employees/should be manager) went over and beyond normal customer service. We got the hotdog combo, which was a hotdog, Orange Julius drink, small sundae, and a bag of chips for $8. It's a steal, and will come back again for it.

Darren (idk how it’s spelled) was a total legend. He made me and my friend laugh and was just generally super peachy keen. Love that guy. Would come back just for him!

The only Dairy Queen I trust to make my food. They always make the best cakes, I’ve been buying my daughter birthday cakes from them for 7 years.Friendly great customer service!

I’ve been there to buy my cousins cakes and drinks. The shop was about to close in few minutes but they managed to settle this up as quick as possible. The money spent was worth it since everyone loved the cake!

I usually don’t write reviews but for this i had to. I had bad experience with DQ before at north london and all the other locations. But this one was super amazing all because of one employee. I didn’t got his name but has tattoo all over his hands. He was super amazing. His service is awesome. This guy deserves a raise. Make him happy Dq . You don’t get such employees easily.
I asked the girl working if they still had the blizzard that has Oreos and coffee in it, she told me that yes they do and that it's called the Oreo mocha fudge blizzard. When I received my blizzard, it wasn't until I had taken a few bites on my way out of the mall that I realized that my blizzard had no Oreo pieces in it. Just hard chunkc of chocolate and coffee. I ordered this flavour specifically for the Oreo and coffee combination, and I even mentioned those when I asked if they still had that flavor. I am very disappointed, especially considering my small blizzard cost me $6.20

Adam, the manager at this franchise, promptly and effectively addressed my concerns with a Skipthedishes order that went wrong through no fault of his own, and promised to fix the issue. I'll definitely return to this DQ in the future! Thanks Adam!

About a week back my cousin and I brought her daughters to go shopping at Whiteoaks Mall, the girls wanted a treat from DQ. One of the daughters has a major peanut allergy. The staff member (I wish I knew her name), working front counter, dark hair, was incredibly helpful. She made a real effort to help answer questions and pick out the options that the kids could have. Thank you!

The celebration cake was delicious and really appreciated the free 6 pack of dilly bars that came with our SkipTheDishes order. Loved the smiley face and hand written note on the delivery bag too, very sweet. Thanks guys, keep up the good work :)
