Do not go here if you have any accessibly issues. The aisles between the tables are really tight.

The bathrooms are “wheelchair accessible” but you can try to corner into the bathroom hallway, try to hold the tension door while trying to wheel yourself in to the bathroom, try to transfer yourself on to the toilet with no handrails, try to wash/dry your hands with a knee knocker sink and a paper towel holder that is barely in reach then try to get out of there with no auto door, having to pul open the door and wheel your chair out. I guess if you really need too you can knock and hope someone in the main area of the restaurant hears you and comes to rescue you. Definitely not accessible! Looks pretty…and clean…but NOT ACCESSIBLE!

The food was okay. Messy but okay. I wish there was a fried mushroom/onion/pepper mixture for the steak sandwich. The sandwiches are huge so ask for them to be cut in half. The gravy was awesome.

Service was on the slower side. Need more employees working during the lunch rush.

Extremely poor customer service. Overpriced food that is inattentively prepared. Called ahead and gave owner plenty of time to prepare the food. But he still managed to miss items from the order. Owner only serves arabic speakers. If you speak english don't expect to receive any service at this location. Extremely unsatisfied with Dandy's. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

This was my first, and definitely will be my last time ordering from Dandy’s. I don’t typically leave negative reviews (I just keep my opinions to myself), but I feel compelled to share my dine-in experience. Overall, I’d give the food a 1 out of 5 due to its disappointing quality.

The fries arrived cold and soggy, which was especially disappointing for a dine-in order. As for their advertised 7 oz burgers, they looked nothing like the pictures—you get a thin, lackluster 3 oz patty buried in an oversized bun (it reminded me of the famous Wendy’s commercial, “Where’s the beef?”). It was laughable.

The chicken shawarma didn’t fare much better. Instead of being cooked traditionally on a spit, it was just a few thin slices of grilled chicken breast, lacking in flavor and authenticity. If you’re looking for carbs, you’ll be satisfied by the large buns on both the burger and Philly cheesesteak, but if you’re after quality, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Considering the underwhelming food, the prices were another letdown—$26 for just the chicken shawarma and Philly cheesesteak, and almost $18 for the burger combo with a small drink and fries. For what I paid, I expected much better.

Unfortunately, Dandy’s fell short on both value and taste, leaving me deeply disappointed by the stark contrast between what was advertised and what I actually received. To be blunt, I felt completely ripped off.

Cross contamination galore!! one of the most unsanitary places I’ve gone to: same tongs for raw chicken to flip burger meat sitting on the floor In a box bare hands ye for those of us a little more cautious side take this into consideration for those who don’t mind, food did taste good n will give you’re immune system a good ol fashion workout lol

This was my first, as well as last time ordering (dine-in) from Dandy’s. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Overall, I’d give the food a 1 out of 5 due to its disappointing quality. The fries arrived cold and soggy, which was especially disappointing for a dine-in order. It was laughable. The Philly cheesesteak was particularly disappointing, with barely any cheese or steak or even onions and mushrooms for that matter (they ran out of green peppers, but didn’t bother to tell us before ordering—only after I asked once they made it). What little meat there was, consisted mostly of beef fat rather than actual steak. The chicken shawarma didn’t fare much better. Instead of being cooked traditionally on a spit, it was just a few thin slices of grilled chicken breast, lacking in flavor and authenticity. If you’re looking to load up on carbs, you’ll be satisfied by the large buns on both the burger and Philly cheesesteak, but if you’re after quality, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
