Solid food and quite reasonably priced. Nightly fixed price menu is especially good value.

A few small misses in the prep (parsnip puree under the lamb was quite cold, arctic char slightly overcooked) but in general the dishes were very well done. The black linguine with tiger shrimp was especially great.

Love that it's a family owned business and we'll definitely be back.

I had an incredible experience dining here at Davids bistro. The service was great, and the food was delicious.
It was apparent that the chef takes presentation and quality of his food very seriously, as each meal came out looking great and tasting even better.
Highly recommend checking this place out!

Every detail of our experience there was outstanding. There's clearly a reason they are still in business after all these years.

A birthday meal, three people in the party. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, the chef anxiously skilled. Not the largest facility but a great atmosphere. If you appreciate good food this is the place. Well worth the price.

I haven't been here in years. Staff were amazing and friendly. It is a quaint spot, for intimate conversations.

The food was amazing and the waiter knew about celiac disease, where he said most dishes can be adjusted.

It was a wonderful experience and somewhere that I will be coming back again

A hidden gem in the heart of London, Ontario. Once you push the doors of David’s Bistro, you’re in a different world, you leave the dirty and unsafe streets of London and you enter a very cozy and comfortable space, it feels like you’re in a Parisian bistro.
Food is delicious, they have daily specials that are wonderful. Very elaborate plates, great balance in flavours and textures.
Very nice wine menu as well. Great selection of European wines but not only.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Will definitely go back.

Had a birthday to celebrate and decided on a downtown fav that we hadn't been to in years. When were last there, the menu was only on the wall and it changed with seasons, if not daily. I was impressed with the menu and they offered a Price Fixe menu with 2 or three items with a reasonable price of 40 or 50 bucks. I started with a bourbon old fashioned that was different and delicious and my bride had a cosmopolitan. Appys were excellent, including the special black pasta and shrimp and my warm salad that was excellent.
My bride had the scallops, that she does everytime and was happy. I had the steak and was slightly disappointed with the cold unseasoned veg but the steak was exactly as ordered and yummy.
My daughter had the cod and loved every ounce including the polenta. Dessert was the sticky toffee pudding and creme caramel and both were excellent.
Place was very busy and parking is tough unless you get a spot right out front. Most street parking is 2 hours free until 6pm then free after that, so you're good, just drop off and find a spot.

Friendly staff, amazing food and cozy environment. Feels like Michael on the Thames before Jack retired and it went under. One of Londons greatest gems... If you are planning to be in London and want to have a great night out, look no further.
