Just had a wonderful experience at the David's Tea. Stella is just awesome, she answered all of my questions and even showed me how to prepare my tea and gave me some tips 😊

I can't get my order fulfilled online because of the postal strike. Called the store for help and they were amazing.
My sweet mother and I were greeted, served, and accommodated by CHRISTINA as-well as DAVID this afternoon. Big shout out. This was also my mother’s first time at David’s tea. OUTSTANDING customer service and both should be very happy with themselves. Thank you!!
They finally have Rooibos tea, but I am not South African. I am Canadian and like Rooibos tea. DavidsTEA made it better and I prefer milk 2-3%. If you are vegan nor lactose-intolerant, go for soybean. Just to let you know, DavidsTEA at Masonville Mall does NOT ACCEPT CASH! It is debit or credit card only. It is cashless payment along with the Bath&Body Work below them just for your information. I recommend their Rooibos or Matcha green tea. My teacher from John Paul II Catholic Secondary School buys her tea from DavidsTEA at Masonville Mall as she has a giant mug. I will return to Masonville Mall soon and remember next time it is cashless payment.
This place makes amazing tea with a lot of variety must try and don’t forget to try their pink lemon cold brew!

I recently popped into David's Tea and was delighted by their fantastic products. However, my visit was a bit overshadowed by the behavior of one staff member, a gentleman with short hair, who unfortunately displayed some racism and disrespect. It seemed like Canadian and white customers received a bit more attention and warmth compared to international and immigrant customers like myself.
Very bad customer service. I went by this store to buy tea . The guy prepared the order. I gave him cash , and he refused to take cash and said they accept credit only . I didn't get my order because they don't accept cash . No sign that they don't accept cash
Great customer service. They knew exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be back

great tasting tea (although yeah it’s expensive). and i do wish they carried more small quantity options, remember finding a bunch of cool flavors but they didn’t have 20 bag options
Service is terrible! Asked for white tea. Took out 3 cans so I asked which one was the best.They didn’t know. Went to pay and the ignorant man behind the counter said just so you know, we are cashless. I found them very, very ignorant. This is the Masonville, David Tea. London, Ontario
I have been very disappointed in the Advent Tea Calendar. The teas are all the same, not much variety and the quality is very low and the quantity is limited. Don’t buy this product it is a waste of money.

The products itself amazing..best tea collection. However, their customer service is not good at all. When i ask for some varieties to check, the person working there seems to be annoyed..it wad not even busy hours, i was the only customer there. I did not feel welcome to see some varieties and ended up buying some green tea that is new to me and i am no big fan of green tea. .I think their sell persons in the store need proper training..
