Tonight was our first night eating here. Food and service was good. We ordered chicken strips and had to pay extra for ranch dipping sauce, not sure why. The rest of our food was great.

I wanted to like this place!
Overall atmosphere was great...casual, busy spot with the bar area full of happy loud people - seemed like regulars. Tons of parking. Waitress was friendly and attentive - until her shift ended. We were going to hang around and wait for the band, so she asked if she could cash us out - absolutely! We said we'd flag down a waitress for more drinks when we were ready. Sadly, once she left, we were left with every dirty dish and glass on the table for almost an hour. Another waitress was handling the tables around us, but she completely ignored us and the state of the table, not even checking in on us once. We left.
Food: we ordered wings, garlic bread with cheese and fries. The wings were super small, dried out and luke warm - I expected glossy saucy wings like the pictures I saw other reviewers shared online, but that is not what I got. The ends of my single celery stick were brown. The single carrot stick was edible though. Zero chunks of blue cheese in the dressing. The garlic bread wasn't terribly crispy, and there was zero browning on the cheese, it had just barely been melted..no discernable garlic butter or spread to be found. The fries were excellent - but you can't go wrong with Cavendish Crispy Coated fries.
All in all, it was edible, but zero compulsion to return.

Stopped in for a drink with a friend. The wait staff was great. Quick to grab me a drink and another drink after that.
This is a great neighborhood bar and I hope it stays for a good long time.

Love dawghouse. Neighborhood gem for years and once you go you understand why it's been in business for 10+ years. Great food, service and great atmosphere. Also cold beer! Try the mexi egg rolls or any soup of the day you won't be disappointed!

We are a group of neighbors, generally twelve or so. We go out Friday nights when we can’t play cornhole. Tonight we chose The Dawg House, we had 5:30 reservations, upon arrival we commented that the music was very loud (very few patrons at this time) we ordered our food as people were quickly coming in. By the time our food arrived people were competing with the music to be heard and it quickly became very noisy! Our food was disappointing to be sure, the portions were small, over cooked, and generally not appetizing. We shall not return! The server was amazing and attentive, we felt sorry for her!

Went on Friday around 3pm there was maybe 15 people total in the place, tables were gross service was non existent. Seat yourself type deal but when you go to scope out a table and you see 4 that should have been cleaned that's a red flag. However we ignored it because we were hungry and already there.
I ordered a Mac an cheese meal & my other half ordered a cheese burger with a platter to start. Platter was okay but potato skins and mozzarella sticks were dry dry.
Their Mac and cheese can be described as watered down cheese whiz, highly, highly dissapointed for $20, cheese burger was a super thin flash fry patty.
Needless to say won't be back since they changed owners and really let it show they could care less

I have ordered the boneless lemon pepper wings from the Dawghouse previously & loved them. However today when I ordered the same thing, I was VERY disappointed! The wings had no lemon flavour & were so dry! Not sure I will order them from here again...disappointing start to my long weekend!
We went for a late supper. We were immediately welcomed when we stepped foot in the door. The bartender and manager were so friendly. The other customers engaged in conversation with us and the staff. The atmosphere was just so welcoming. We were told to come back tonight for the band and I think we just might. Food was top notch. You guys are doing a great job, it shows with the fun energy in there.
