Stopped into see how the food tasted, being that sign says open for 50 yrs. Prices are not crazy, lots to choose from on menu. I chose off the breakfast menu, friend ordered burger and fries. I got scrambled eggs ,home fries ,bacon. My order was ok, their burger was not what was expected. Thought was going to be homemade burger, it wasn't, didn't really get a lot of fries with order. Gravy was ok, but again thought be more homemade. I don't know but when...

Delicious breakfast yesterday morning. I had the Gus breakfast special with the rye toast and sausages. They were kind enough to substitute the coffee for a tea. This restaurant gives you that old time family restaurant feel.

Very consistent and prices are reasonable for today's restaurants out there.
It's very dated inside but whatever it takes to keep the overhead down and the prices.
Food is good and portions are good. Wait staff is great.
Coffee is very good to me.
