Not bad sever staff, but Inexperienced management, A) obviously they have the right to refuse service but when done come correct, was approached by * manager and said security, failed to provide security license (illegal) must have shown security on front side and back with proper security number displayed. Great food and great service!
We made three attempts to book a reservation on the phone. Unfortunately, their system wasn’t working - it would ring and then disconnect. Tonight (Saturday), we decided we would go to the restaurant to see if we could get a table. At the entrance, three young employees told us we needed a reservation, as it is Saturday night. Delilah's offers a great experience with friendly service and enjoyable food and drinks. The security staff is commendable for their attentiveness and graciousness towards regular customers. They provide excellent service, even accommodating indoor seating requests in summer and turning on TVs to create a private party vibe. The food is mostly great, with highlights like raspberry cheesecake, and the wait staff are friendly, attentive, and fun. However, the washrooms are in disrepair, with wires hanging and exposed, and the menu may not match what’s posted online—some visitors found only burgers and salads instead of the expected options. Despite this, the nightlife at Delilah's is highly praised.
