Very poor experience I called them to alter my pizza and enquire about order the person over the call abused me. My recommendation never go to a place where customers are not respected. There are so many places where we can get quality pizza with respect. Ditch this restaurant particularly.

Ordered alot of pizzas from this place and generally just tap my card and go. I asked for my receipt this time around and noticed the guy added a 20% tip to my order without my approval, I thought tips were optional and at the customer discretion but these guys seem to feel entitled. I know food service is feeling the pinch but so are customers, being bombarded by tips everywhere they go. I think this is dishonest and I wonder now how much of my bills were padded with their 20% entitlement tips. Watch your bills customers, make sure any tip given is your choice and not their's.

Always Good! Try a 2 topping deal and get regular crust, alfredo sauce, chicken, roasted red pepper. So good!
Every time I place an order I have an issue with this location. The pizza is always undercooked. I started requesting that my pizza be cooked well done. I still have issues and it is still under cooked. The delivery service is horrible. The delivery guy gets lost every time. Even worse they expect me to do their job for them. It is obvious that the employees here are not happy and they take it out on the customers. How hard is it to make a pizza and deliver it? We pay for the pizza and we pay for the delivery and tip. You should treat us accordingly. If you're not happy with your job talk to your boss, don't take it out on us.
