worst thin crust pizza i ever had in my life….its like a chips....never ever order from this location

At first I was hesitant to place an order because of all the recent bad reviews and I was planning to order from a different branch, in the end I decided to give it a shot anyway because I was lazy and this is the closest store to me.

I must say pleasantly suprised, whoever made my pizza on 22nd August 8.45pm - it was so perfectly made I loved it. Thank you so much.

We got the chicken and mashroom pizza with garlic parmesan sauce on the base. We got cheese sticks with it.

Terrible customer service. Ordered through their website, placed order, confirmed and paid, upon arrival they made us pay more saying their system had an issue??? At first they were saying the toppings were not charged, then we showed receipt and they then changed their reason and said there's price difference error with their app and store. Not sure how that works, customer confirmed payment through their website and then later accuses there's a difference and made us pay more when we went for pick up. Asked for manager, and the lady claims that she was the manager, and did not give us the pizza until we paid the difference.

We normally order here every week after kids practice at ActivityPlex, food is great. I just don't get their concept, force a customer to pay extra for their own issue. And it's not the first time we've ordered the same thing, no issues before.

With this kind of customer experience, we will unfortunately go elsewhere.

If I can give a zero star, I would have given that. I ordered a large pizza through the online Dominos website, there’s a deal for any size large pizza with two toppings. I made the payment online, which I expected that would be the total amount of the pizza that I ordered. When I went to the store and picked up the pizza and I was told to pay extra, and the manager cannot even provide a reason why I needed to pay extra. First, she said “you didn’t pay the taxes”, which is not true. Second, she said something like oh it’s the topping that I ordered need additional cost and then I asked then why the app didn’t ask me to pay extra if a certain topping that I requested requiring additional cost. And the manager kept saying the money doesn’t go to our store and so she doesn’t know. Poor communication and poor customer service! I usually order from this location from time to time, now they just lost a customer. Not that I cannot pay the extra money, I need to know WHAT I AM PAYING FOR.

Totally unprofessional staff/service. Ordered parm bites ; look at the amount of oil/butter whatever it is, do you want us to take bath in it or wanna make your customers sick ? This was my second order from this location ; had ordered pizza before & one of your driver handed me pizza box from shelf ; he did n’t even wash/clean hands as he was doing mop/cleaning floor & went straight to pick up pizza box 🦠

The pizza I ordered was extremely dry and toppings were simply falling off. What a waste of money! Would not recommend this place.
