Workers don’t know what they’re doing. Out of everything apparently.(Cop out for being lazy and didn’t want to make it). Didn’t know how to give a refund. Had to call their “manager” to be able to do it. Horrible service.

Went there two different times to get the doughbits and was told it will take more than 30 mins. At this point, just close the store if you can’t prepare the food properly. Imagine waiting 30 mins for food at a fast food restaurant. They don’t even answer the phone or allow online orders. Terrible restaurant.

Came in at 5pm on a weekday to order an 8 pack, and they said it would take 25 minutes. There was no one else there. You'd think the prep would be done earlier in the day to avoid this. I left

DO NOT COME HERE. Took an hour to get my order, my ICED coffee sat so long there was no ice or caramel flavour. They tried to give me half of my order and tell me that was all. did not speak English and the floors were sticky.

That’s the amount of sauce they add even tho I asked to add more. Mini pancakes are sticky to each other and cuz of not adding enough Nutella, they taste horrible. Defenitely I wouldn’t recommend this location

Super yummy! At first when we got told we had to wait 15-20 mins, I was bothered but then after tasting them I understood why! They were so fresh and warm! We also got the mojito drinks, and wow! That was amazing as well!

Had a great time on April 10, 2025. Was served by a very kind and handsome gentleman who went above and beyond to provide great service. Food was hot and tasty. Would recommend to all people of every tribe, nation and tongue.

Went here tonight, wanting to love it. The service was so slow, beyond slow and not busy at all. My cheesecake was completely frozen when I finally received it. It will have to wait until tomorrow to be enjoyed. The staff waiting on me was using bare hands to make my order (after touching his cellphone). Would not recommend.

Took 27 minutes to get my 12 tiny overly priced dough bites. Whilst waiting I noticed a couple mouse traps with new cheese on them ready to be eaten. Please beware of this place as the staff do not seem enthused in the slightest to take your order, moving slower than snails and constantly sitting looking at their phones and I'm sure they have mouse/rat shit all over the place. In no way should a tiny dough ball take 30 minutes to deep fry while still leaving the insides uncooked. First time I've ever lost my appetite at a restaurant before even seeing any food... also asked for oreo and was given Nutella. If you have no concept of what you're making why are trying to work somewhere you don't care to put any effort into learning.
