Got curious about this place, tried their 30pcs (pistachio, Nutella, and caramel) to go. Got our order after 5 mins , when we tried it, the dough was dark, super crunchy and hard to bite, the pistachio sauce was very runny (paid additional $1.5 ). My daughter said they’re so old! Mr. Puffs is way better!

Came shortly after 4pm opening time and waited a few minutes before the adjoining business employee told me no one had shown up yet to open DoughBits. They said sometimes they don’t show up until around 5. Left empty handed.

My wife and I recently became big fans of DoughBits Dessert House, especially their amazing lotus biscoff-flavored mini pancakes. However, our last few visits were a bit disappointing, as we were repeatedly told that this popular item wasn’t available, often with what felt like trivial excuses. It seemed as though the staff just weren’t motivated to make a fresh batch or accommodate customer requests.
Still, we decided to give it another shot this past weekend—and we’re so glad we did! Upon entering, we immediately noticed a change in staff, and that’s when we met Mohammad, an enthusiastic and enterprising young gentleman. He greeted us with a warm smile and happily informed us that our favorite mini pancakes were indeed available. Despite some technical issues with the card reader, Mohammad ensured there was no disruption to our experience and made alternate payment arrangements without any hassle. To top it off, he generously offered us samples of a new dessert flavor on the house!
Thanks to Mohammad’s outstanding service, our visit turned into a delightful experience. The mini pancakes were, as always, delicious, and we highly recommend trying the “Chocoloco” and “Lotus Biscoff” flavoured pancakes topped with Oreo and KitKat crumbles!
Kudos to Mohammad for turning things around. We look forward to more visits in the future!

It’s good. But i order a 12 piece oh dough bits and you got shorted and only got 11 pieces, it’s a bit disappointing. Short changing customers is not the way to go about it.

Made an order of dough bits at 8:20 and I got my order 9:15. Almost 1 hour late when the guy told me it would be 20 minutes. The people the order after me asked for a refund because of how long the wait was. Another guy that ordered after me got his order before mine. If you want dough bits just go to Mr puffs.
