Usually a top notch experience. Luisa was non existent as our server, and she still got an 18% tip on $142 bill. She was worth 0%.

The food and restaurant are top notch. Just an extreme disappointment with the server.

Had such a great time at Earls in London! The managers, Zaheen and Josh, were super welcoming and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our server Shelby was amazing—so friendly and attentive. Overall, just an awesome experience thanks to the team!

We were visiting from Michigan for our anniversary and stopped in for lunch and after we finished, we were pleasantly surprised when our waiter brought us 2 proseccos to toast and a warm lava cake with ice cream and strawberries. What a great way to start out our trip. The food was great and the restaurant is beautiful.

Hate being interrogated when you ask for a table.

This place lacks service. They’re even worse on the delivery apps, they cancel orders quite often. Also this restaurant needs to stop changing the menu and removing popular items

I knew the food was good at Earls…. But the service was even better!!! I had the pleasure of having Shelby as our server, she is so funny and nice and everything you want out of server. (Coming from a fellow industry worker myself).
Zaheen and Josh , both managers were lovely, they came to talk and check in on us just strictly out of pure hospitality and wanting to touch base with everyone and it truly made our experience. We felt taken care of, seen and appreciated during our stay! 5 STARS! Can’t wait to be back to see everyone.

On Saturday August 9, my wife and I hosted our son and daughter-in-law at the Earl’s on Wellington Road in London for a celebration of their birthdays. The experience was not what it should have been.

On the plus side, the food was certainly good. However, the service was very disappointing to say the least.

1. The server taking our drink orders had no idea what either a “Tom Collins” or a “white wine spritzer” is.
2. Our server did not know how to open a corked bottle of wine. Seeing her struggle, I had to open it myself and explain how to use the corkscrew.
3. Our meals were all placed at the wrong seats, so we had to swap around.
4. The door to the outdoor seating area was propped open for the waitstaff, so we had to deal with numerous flies around our food.
5. A subsequent glass of wine I ordered didn’t arrive, and the server looked like “a deer in the headlights” when I asked about it.
6. While my son was away from the table, another server came to say that someone would come back to take birthday pictures. It never happened.
7. As the sun was right in her eyes, my wife asked our server to close the blinds. She said she would do so but never did.
8. As we were preparing to leave after I had settled the bill, a second server approached my wife with a second bill for two drinks that the first server apparently forgot to put on our original bill.
9. After settling the second bill, I had to remind the second server that I was still waiting for my dessert, which I had ordered “to go”.

Individually, each of these events is merely annoying; taken together, they took the edge off the celebration we had been expecting to have. They reflect a staff that is poorly trained in customer service.

I contacted the manager but received no response.

For years I have looked forward to going to Earls for a Mojito and shrimp mango tacos. This experience, however was a little disappointing because my mojito was all ice and hardly any drink, came in a smaller glass than before and cost $16!

They didn’t have shrimp mango tacos (sad) so I ordered the chicken tacos which were good but the chips and salsa were, I think, too spicy (and I like spice).

The service and atmosphere was very good though.

Came for our anniversary dinner. The truffle tortellini was excellent. Our server Mya was very attentive and made our night feel extra special. We'll definitely be coming back!
