Salad was really good (light tossed greens with delicious dressing) and salmon was really nicely cooked. Wine at half price was excellent

The staff and servers were outstanding. They went above and beyond. The presentation of the food was outstanding! The taste was - meh / underwhelming for the price. When you get served beautifully presented food you expect a flavor bomb in your mouth at first bite - not so much. Not terribly great value for dollar. Overpriced for what you get.

Our food was really good, sushi was fresh, and they are very accommodating with allergies and food sensitives. Our waitress was super friendly and a good server. Her system went down so she had to pivot and handled the situation really well! The only reason I gave service a 3 is because we were 2 hours from the time we sat until we paid. I recommend going here but you might need to give yourself more than an hour - hour and a half.

Wife loved the new Salmon Dish, service was great Consistently delivering on both service and quality. Keep up the great work.

This restaurant has a Happy Hour menu but only if you sit outside or in the bar area so sitting in the dining room I paid more. This does not make any sense, the restaurant cost is no more based on what seat I am in.

Experience was incredible, great service and hospitality from Ainsley. The managers Josh and Zaheen were also amazing.

Love the chicken and ribs. Seasonal dessert was excellent and some fun cocktail options. Friendly service, we will be back!

Our family had a Thanksgiving lunch here and there were seniors, adults, teenagers and children. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. The best part of our experience was our server, Nada. Nada made substitutions for my elderly in-laws that don't like spice and gave each their own plate when they split their dinners and desserts. She accommodated food restrictions and ensured those with coffee always had a hot top up. Nada was friendly and professional and very attentive to our table. Everyone had a wonderful time, thank you Nada!

Great date night out! Sat in a booth on the bar side. Our server had great recommendations (food and wine). Truffle Tortellini with prawns was awesome. I'll order that again for sure! Pacing was great, service was excellent, food exceeded my expectations for a chain restaurant.

The ambiance was great and staff were pleasant, though the meal wasn't as consistent as usual. I've had wonderful experiences here before, so I'm hopeful next time will be better.

One of the best dining experiences I've had. We were greeted by the host, Jenna, who warmly welcomed us and walked us through the menu in such detail. Our server, Roslynn, was attentive, engaging, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the evening. We also had the chance to chat with two managers, Zaheen and Hannah, who both stopped by our table frequently and made sure everything was perfect. Their genuine hospitality really stood out. I tried the steak and truffle tortellini for the first time, and it has easily become my new favourite dish. The entire team made us feel so welcomed and truly demonstrated what hospitality should feel like. You can tell they love what they do and take pride in creating great guest experiences. My friend and I left feeling so appreciated, and we can't wait to come back soon!

Our hostess Jenna was polite, funny and engaging. She picked up on our needs pretty quickly and her recommendation Wagu beef oshi press was AMAZING! Would never have ordered that otherwise. She checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed ! Our waitress, Ros was a gem! First of all, authentic and kind. Anticipated our needs and was a perfect addition to our night. All in all a very positive experience.

Earls has always been one of my favourite places to go for my birthday and unfortunately this experience was memorable in all the wrong ways, everything started off fine service was slow even the the restaurant was fairly empty. Once it orders had been placed we received or starters and the empty plates sat on the table for over fifteen minutes. Once the plates were gone it was another 20 minute wait for the mains but only two of three mains arrived, my main was either not punched in or had not been punched for pick up. The server then avoided our table for another 30 minutes while my food was still not brought to the table. I had finally seen my server grab my food from the pass and she started a conversation for the next 5 minutes holding onto my food talking to a coworker by the time she had brought my food over the main was cold and the rest of the table had finished their entires. One of the people I was with ordered a coffee and by the time she had got the coffee it was lukewarm at best. We continued the meal without a fuss and waited for the birthday dessert to come. The desert was under cooked and we paid the bill no complaints. I never send food back or write reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. I will continue to go to Earls but not at that location.

My husband ordered the Deluxe Burger. When it arrived we both asked is there any meat in this. Lots of toppings stacked high to make it look worth the money. Definitely not worth the money!
