I had such an amazing experience at Earls thanks to our server, Luisa. I was having a hard time choosing a steak, and she went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect one. She explained the differences so clearly, even checked in a few times to make sure everything tasted great.
Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made my whole dining experience feel special. It’s rare to meet someone who cares that much about their guests’ experience. Earls is lucky to have her, and I hope her manager sees this because she truly deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
