I ordered food for my family, went and picked it up. Over 100 dollars for my order. Went home and realized they mistakingly forgot my sweet n sour ribs. I called and made them aware...and they basically said to bad for me. I was even willing to drive back for them. They said I should have checked my order before leaving. Now would I really make a fuss if it didn't happen. It's a 15 dollar dish that I paid for and did not get. Won't be back again. Rather go to a honest establishment. Thanks for stealing from a used to be loyal customer

Shared update. We found a GEM.
It's is cheaper - larger portions and things like sides are included. We LOVE IT!
This place you are over priced, and the meal and flavours are not there - like the person doesn't taste for flavour and it comes out for consumption.... Just bleh.
1.5k people should know -- there is better.
Staff are arrogant. Friendly at first -- but forget repeat customers and treated us poorly on our last visit.
LAST VISIT.
Parking: ♿ accessibility is fine.
Kid-friendliness: Not really .......... The staff get glitchy.
Wheelchair accessibility: ♿💯 should not be a problem.

I gave the rating for food a 2 star because I was pretty dissapointed with the meal. I had heard great reviews about this place so thought we'd try it again. The portions were alot smaller than last time. The chicken fried rice and chicken chop suey had barely any chicken in it. It also lacked much flavor. The egg roll tasted burnt inside but the chicken balls were delicious. We ordered the dinner for two for $40 and there unfortunately no left overs and we still were hungry. I will say I'm pretty dissapointed as Chinese food is expensive and a treat.

Portion sizes are very small, you get more bang for your buck elsewhere. Trust me, you'll be disappointed.

Overpriced for what you get. The sesame chicken was over breaded, tough, and hardly contained chicken. The sweet and sour tenderloin was tough and drowning in a sauce that seemed to taste like ketchup. Atmosphere was nice and the service was fast and to the point. Food came out piping hot.

Six of us arrived on Saturday evening. We ordered egg rolls, Cantonese chow mein, rice noodles with beef and black bean sauce, shrimp with veggies, and General Tsao chicken. The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, piping hot, and servings were generous. Customer service was excellent and they treated the girls to extra fortune cookies and Chinese horoscope placemats! This shall be our new 'go to' Chinese restaurant in London. What a great discovery!

Take out was Awful, over cooked. No sauce hardly no meat or vegetables.
Mediocre experience. The sesame chicken was awful, barely any chicken and mostly just deep fried material, and extremely chewy. The chicken balls were bland. The chicken lo mein was good though.

We preordered food for dinner Christmas Eve and were told to pickup @5:20pm. I arrived on time to complete chaos. I counted 29 people waiting for their takeout in front of me. It cost me $84 and they had literal children running the till telling me it was going to be another 2 hours for my food. We just moved to the neighbourhood and while we understand it’s Christmas Eve, we will never order from this business again. We got our money back and had McDonald’s. So tired of businesses taking on too much so they can make an extra buck while giving the paying customers a terrible experience.
