Acacia is such a great bartender, she is so attentive and builds a good relationship with people sitting at the bar. She is such a pleasure to talk too! I hope I see her again on my next visit!!

I have very conflicting feelings about warehouse. I absolutely love the vibes and they carry a really good energy throughout the whole place within their staff. But unfortunately, they are always and I mean always understaffed. It takes forever for the server to come back and I don’t blame them because you can literally see them running around doing 1 million things. I hope they all keep up the good work. I just couldn’t give 5Stars because of how long the wait time is consistently every time I’ve been there. However, if you are patient and have the time their food is cheap the drinks are good and the service is very friendly!

Have to adjust my original rating of 4 to 2.
Stopped in for lunch today, had a Ceasar salad, beef tacos and fish tacos.

The Caesar and beef tacos were good, however the fish tacos were barely edible. In fact I ate half of the first 2 thinking the second one couldn't be as bad as the first and, and it was worse, and the 3rd one was not edible.

It looked like they only had one piece of fish left, that had already been fried on a previous day, and they put it in the deep fryer again, cooked the crap out of it so that the batter absorbed all the grease, and the fish was dry and non existent, then they cut that one small piece of fish into 3 pieces and put one tiny piece on each taco.
Come on guys, do better. Should not have been served. Won't be back soon.

This place has in infestation, was there for less than an hour and kept getting bit by roaches. The bar area was filthy and sticky like it hasn't been cleaned ever, no wonder they have roaches. Gross

Came for a sour key, stayed for the good times. Simon and Dylan were fantastic. Me and my girlfriend sat at the bar not knowing what to expect, Glad we came in,. they are definitely guys who belong in the industry, great drinks and great attitude.

Sat at the bar most of the night. Dylan took care of us very well. Noticed when he got busy he asked the other male bartender to check in on us. Very appreciated, the boys were hilarious and attentive.

Will be back

Terrible experience. The service was painful even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.
The staff didn’t seem interested in helping, instead they were busy in their own chit chats. If management really cares, they should train their staff on customer service because they don’t seem to have basic manners. Servers are totally nude with unnecessary attitude. Even the food is so basic with zero presentation and effort, and you have to wait more than 40 minutes for that. Literally waste of money and time.

Stop on my own on Thursday night. Nice bar and the food is surprisingly good. I would go back. This is my first time so I can’t really compare to those who say things were better in the past.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !!!
SO IS JUSTIN !!!
We stopped in here to watch game 7 of the world series. We got a few seats at the bar and we had an amazing night. Our bartender Justin was so great, so friendly and super attentive even tho the place was packed. They had a good selection of beers on tap and alot of options on the menu. All the food we ordered was delicious and was decently priced. Even tho the jays lost we still had a blast here. Well worth checking out if your in the area, this place has amazing vibes. You wont be disappointed!

Warehouse has gone from being my favourite and most frequented bar to a place I’m now reluctant to return to. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years since moving to London, typically visiting two to three times a week with a large group of friends. I never go downtown without stopping at Warehouse at least once. I’ve always raved about the bar’s amazing service, drinks, prices, and atmosphere — and have recommended it countless times to friends and strangers alike.
Unfortunately, there’s been a noticeable decline in the overall experience since the new manager, Taylor, took over. It seems she’s trying to turn Warehouse into more of a late-night restaurant like chucks than the energetic, welcoming and social bar it has always been. The image Warehouse promotes online and its established brand identity don’t align at all with the decisions she has been making for it.
One major disappointment is that the upstairs area, once a highlight of Warehouse, has been closed for an extended period — even during busy weekends like this past homecoming. In the past, it was open regularly every Friday and Saturday throughout the winter.
On top of that, Taylor now insists guests remain seated at their assigned tables, a complete departure from the open, social atmosphere that made Warehouse special. What used to be a fun, interactive environment where people could mingle freely has become restrictive and uninviting.

This past Halloween weekend was particularly frustrating. My friends and I arrived excited to celebrate, only to learn that no one was being let in until the baseball game had ended. We waited nearly an hour in line while Taylor personally managed the door, leaving the actual bouncer to be basically redundant. When we were finally let in, more than half the tables were empty and the bar was dead. Once seated, Taylor curtly told us we “had to” sit and stay at our table — yet another unnecessarily negative interaction. On another occasion, Taylor interrupted a private conversation and told me to take my “heart to heart” elsewhere, in a dismissive tone. There were a thousand more kind and professional ways she could have asked me to move. Our most recent interaction was when my friend (another frequent customer) went to order a drink, she told him he had to move because that was her “boyfriend’s spot.” That kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Overall, the atmosphere that once made Warehouse my go-to spot has been completely lost. I used to feel comfortable, valued, and at home here — now I feel like I’m no longer welcome. It’s disappointing to see such a great establishment lose its charm and community spirit under this new management.

don’t post reviews often but had to this time , was out lastnight with a large group of friends and coworkers ( all service industry workers ) we were held at the door due to the jays game ( understandable ) . But upon entry the manager was basically bouncing voiding the actual bouncers job over managing his work, after finally getting in we where told we had to stay at the table we where put at and not move , I remained positive and even said thankyou to the manager ( Taylor ) and her response was nothing just a resting B face no smile no your welcome.. fast forward to are table experience the poor server (new) was overwhelmed by getting several large groups all at once due to the way the door was run. Thus making service slow I went to go get a drink from the wood saying hi to another friend sitting at the wood , when I got a tap on the shoulder from the manager Taylor then she told me I couldn’t sit there because that was her boyfriends spot, as someone in the industry I know that is a big no to prioritize your own personal relationships over your guests, this is the step that led me to posting a review I’m very sad to say that once a die hard warehouse goer me and my large group of friends will no longer be making it are pre and post night out spot. #86 warehouse

Love this place! Whether on the patio or sitting inside, it is a more personal setting with a cool vibe. The staff are friendly, the service is great and the prices are very reasonable.
